Great stay (despite Covid restrictions) A great location, lots of things within a walking distance. Comfortable rooms. Restaurants closed. But the Executive Lounge was open for breakfast only during the weekdays from 06 till 08. Served me well. Laundry service was available. Friendly accommodating staff.

Breakfast, laundry room, nice room As a standard Hilton hotel, they have facilities as expected. There are parking lots behind the hotel if you cannot find parking spaces on the street. Nice location. There is a laundry room. The detergent ran out and I had to go to a seven eleven shop located two blocks away.

Nice hotel, would visit again Clean and quiet hotel. Great location, 2 minute walk to the providence place mall and across the street from capital building. Staff was nice and friendly. Only valet parking offered, but not to much more than off site parking at the mall.

Nothing but attitude We had reservation for 4 nights visiting family. We been platinum member with Bonvoy for very long time, Do the Covid 19 we couldn’t travel for about a year now so we got down graded to Gold oh well hotel don’t care anyway. # 1 let’s start from the Time we walked in to the lobby. Bell man on his phone playing some kind of games on his phone. No Hello, he looked at us we had 4 luggage’s he said nothing and back to his phone absolutely useless. # 2 front Desk agent name Juan. Gave us the look like why are we there. Of course no Hello nothing. Bad attitude condescending. Every staff there is not happy there miserable Just the atmosphere around them no says Hi or good morning or smiles nothing. Zero customer service skills the entire staff. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Definitely management need to train the staff. Rooms are average. For gold member there is nothing. Only thing you get from the staff is sad face and attitude. Exceptionally poor treatment of repeat customers by staff & managment The property has very limited amenities and because of it's location chose to stay as paying clients SIX (6) times in less than 90 days. Our recent stay was for 3 consecutive nights, upon checking in with the same employee - Bill R. I heard the same exact words as were told from our previous check in - this the best we have available - a very small room, with an even smaller bath than any of our prior visits. Told him this was totally unacceptable and wanted to change rooms. Would not do it. Next day, a different receptionist after some labored nonsense between us - found another larger room for the last two nights. Inspecting the room - the toilet leaked and had a bad stain around half of the bowl. We could not bear to go through this again and we suffered through the two nights. This property has some VERY VERY small rooms. We were paying the advertised rate for seniors, and being told by staff - how we had a very good rate ! Who really cares when the rooms are match box sized ! I provided a photo of the stained flooring and the leak at check out & requested a point consideration - NOT A REFUND for the two nights of 15,000pts. Anna the manager had to approve it and she refused !!! A minor courtesy... You also pay $32.00 per day for parking & their valet team does not inspire confidence that your belongings will remain untouched. Plus tips. The combined and repeated experiences at this Renaissance Hotel is simply NOT WORTH THE MONEY as Providence RI has other Marriott properties and many other hotels, BAD attitude, no recognition for customer loyalty is management. Smart money lodges elsewhere, we will never stay at this property again And urge others to lodge elsewhere - we tried and were treated horribly ! We are 20 year ELITE Members with Marriott to boot... Disappointed, does not begin to tell of these 6 visits.
