Great downtown location near convention center and shops. Great tacos nearby. Good downtown location. Parking is sparse for hotel size. If you get a good spot you’ll lose it if you leave to get dinner or breakfast elsewhere. Lots of homeless around but wasn’t an issue. Elevators were creaky and need upgrade. Our room was nice 6th floor. Recommend highest and farthest from elevators. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. Coffee maker with coffee supplies. Tv easy to hook external devices. Bring multi outlet adapters for more than one charging by bedside. Cool room a/c worked fine. Nice views of face west or east. South is rooftops. Bistro has nice areas for eating or taking to room. Recommend Vasquez taco shop just .5 mile away for best crispy beef tacos and enchiladas. Lots to do nearby. Walk the town. Overall good experience would stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location, a few minor issues. Very nice hotel with a few minor issues. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately the plumbing was pretty loud and woke us several times during the night. Breakfast is not included in the price. We had a very nice breakfast in their Bistro, but add about $35 to the room price for breakfast. We also had a light dinner there and it was very good. Staff was very pleasant. We walked down to the Riverwalk and thoroughly enjoyed Pueblo. This hotel is well located. Parking is an issue. The lot by the hotel was full. A sign at the entrance gave alternative parking locations. We found the first one listed (a block and a half down Main Street) and parked, then walked back to the hotel. The desk clerk knew nothing about that lot and said to park across the street. So we had to walk back and move our vehicle.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great location We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and there was enough room in the mini fridge for our perishables. There was a huge car show in town, so the parking lot was way overfilled, but the cars were pretty cool to see. We would definitely stay here again.

Run Down Marriott Furniture in my suite was filthy. Stains all over the chairs and couch. Couch stuffing could be seen coming out the front. Lamp shades were cracked and falling apart. Faucet was not at all bolted down and it was filthy. Room was hot. Box fan in the closet was my clue this would not be comfortable. AC ended up quitting late one evening. It was fixed thank goodness. Service repair person was great. I would have checked out but there was a car show in town and no other rooms available anywhere. Parking was nil. I had to park across the street, which was scary with all the homeless people hanging around. I am a Marriott member and have NEVER had this experience. Please work on this location. Minor cleaning and repairs could bring this back to way better. I will give a high score to the staff. They were all more than helpful and Im sure they are used to getting lots of complaints. Stay anywhere else!!!

Would stay here again, and would recommend, IF… Great hotel, excellent location. Everything was perfect EXCEPT for the obnoxiously loud male housekeeping staff member. Let me preface this by saying I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I prefer to be positive. I stayed here for 7 days and this was a daily occurrence (aside from maybe one day where there was a female employee who was generally quiet and courteous as she completed her duties). This gentleman, however, makes his way down the hall, room to room, with his presence made known by an appropriate “housekeeping!” announcement and a knock. What then follows are at least a dozen wall rattling, furniture shaking bangs when he enters and exits each room to retrieve or replace items from the cart. This is because he props the doors open with the metal security bar and let’s the door fly loosely into it with each entry/exit. It’s unreal!! This goes on for hours! I thought it was unruly children at first. The icing on the cake?: He also listens to his music catalog on his phone, on speaker (in his pocket I presume) at a loud enough volume for Shazam to pick up on, which alternates from distasteful gangsta rap to what sounds like crappy rock like Papa Roach, LOL. I get that good personnel is in high demand, but this got so old, so fast. Forget sleeping in, forget peaceful work or recreation in your room until he’s moved to floors farther away. (You can hear it even when it’s a floor above you.) Please kindly advise this employee with some guidance, Courtyard Marriott Downtown Pueblo. -My poor husband is staying there another 9 days after my departure!
