Hope this information helps! There are 5 iberostars at the same property, lined up along the beach. We took an Uber to get here but make sure you get in the car that you booed through Uber and make sure they don't give you an excuse that they can't take you for the Uber price and instead want to charge you $40. You get a bracelet when you arrive and if you have the waves bracelet you can't go to the other better resorts. There are 3 hotel buildings. One is not pictured in the main pictures of the hotel and is farther back. Make sure to ask for the one that is towards the right when checking in as there is construction on the left hand side of a new hotel right next door. The language is Spanish. Not much English spoken by staff. Sailboats you can only book for 1 hour and you have to make a reservation and anybody under 10 is not allowed to go on them. Lots of sales guys on the beach. But at least they're not in the resort.

Nice paradise Excellent service and beautiful paradise. Nice experience with everyone Food is great great activities on the beach and inside the resort. Great service on the beach and everywhere else. I would definitely comeback on my next vacations. Kudos for the team of Iberostar

Not that impressed. The beach and pools were beautiful. The food was sub par. The concierge were constantly harassing trying to sell some sort of star membership. There were tables of jewelry, strategically set up so they were unavoidable, set up to sell and they did not like taking no for an answer. There were also people set up on the beach to sell crafts, same thing. We just wanted to relax but spent most of vacation trying to avoid aggressive sales pitch attempts. When i dialed the front desk to see if there was a gift shop at the resort i was told I would have to take a taxi to shop but there was in fact more than one on the premises. Definitely was not remotely worth the price we paid.

Beautiful Resort My husband and I had a great time. Staff was so friendly. Resort clean and well maintained and the food was good. There was plenty to do there, but I mostly just chose to relax. Our room was very comfortable. We also did a couple of local excursions that were fun as well. Highly recommend xtreme buggies. It was a blast!

Customer service Food is good, service in restaurants could be better. Customer relations desk personnel is very unpleasant . We went to hotel for my son birthday. Been promising that hotel will provide a gift and bummer. Nothing happened. We had to chase them to get their attention. They very unprofessional people. They said ok we will put number of u wish.
