I Came Back... I chose this hotel because it’s close to where I needed to take care of some business. I also chose it because. 1. the Marriot brand and 2. the reviews...I’m glad I did. It’s quite (could be because of the COVID situation and many people are not traveling, but it works for me). It’s in a very convenient location. Other hotels are close by but I’m glad I chose this one. It has a modern and contemporary decor. I stayed here a month ago and recently came back. I have no complaints at all. Because of the social distancing, I can’t really comment on Customer Service because the staff is very evasive. A simple “Thank you for choosing Marriot” would be nice when checking in. Nevertheless, it was a nice stay both times. There is a Holiday Inn literally steps away, I might check them out in the future. Sometimes a friendly welcome and thank you can make a customer feel appreciated. Another plus is having a Dunkin Donuts steps away. As far as shopping and food, if you drive less than 10 mins on the same road, you will run into everything. Walmart, Ross, Giant Foods, Dollar Tree, Wendys, McDonalds, Applebee’s, Burger King, Arby’s etc. The highway is close by also. -This was my 2nd stay and I would come back and I’d recommend it.

Disappointing Service and Subpar Room I would avoid this hotel if possible. I’m a Marriott Titanium member who has travelled throughout the pandemic for work and stayed EXCLUSIVELY at Marriotts to retain my Titanium status. When I checked in on the app, I selected late check-out, which is guaranteed for Titanium members. I needed the room to get some work done until the early afternoon. Housekeeping tried to chase me out around 11. The front desk called me and told me I needed to vacate the room, despite my elite status and were not very accommodating. I left the hotel and expressed my disappointment with the front desk and showed them how the app even showed a 2 pm checkout which was better than nothing. But despite this, they didn’t want to help. In addition to this, the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets itchy. The AC unit blew warm air for awhile making it hard to sleep. The wall in the shower had a barely repaired crack in it. Disappointing stay and treatment towards a guest who has stayed with Marriott from the onset and all throughout the pandemic. I won’t be back.

Would stay again This hotel was clean and modern. We stayed one night. I would stay again as long as we could get a room on the 3rd floor! We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor and were kept up all night by lots of noise above. It sounded like kids jumping off furniture. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was friendly and explained the amenities to us. They offered yogurt, fruit, juices and an egg sandwich for breakfast which was more than we were expecting during the pandemic. Parking was easy and we used the app to checkout. Some guests were not wearing masks in the lobby but signs were posted that masks are required. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was sufficient. Room service knocked on the door at 9am to clean but we were not ready to check out yet. The employee had a mask on but it was not properly positioned over his mouth or nose. We asked that he return in 30 minutes when we would have been ready to checkout.

They can do better Great room and pretty clean. I would give five star were it not for two things. 1. No breakfast despite being told there would be hot breakfast. By day two, they didn’t even have milk for cold cereal. There are not a lot of food options around the hotel which made this an even bigger issue. 2. The desk clerks never wore a mask. Never. Not sitting at the desk, not rationing out dry cereal(they don’t even have milk), not retrieving linens. There are signs posted all over the doors and the rest of the hotel that masks are required. We are required to travel for business so we must take whatever precautions we can. I expect better.

Visit during Covid times Nov 15, 20 My husband and I stayed here. Covid precautions in place, staff wore masks. Rooms were sanitized and sealed. Room was nice and clean. Definite upgrades. Bathroom white and beautiful. Hotel quiet, enjoyed. Would definitely stay again.
