Great and Fun stay at the Lodge While I can't give a review about the "Indoor Water Park" since it wasn't open, I can give a positive review about the Lodge. The Lodge was adorable - woodland themed with character accents. We stayed in a "Traditional - Newly Renovated Room" on the third floor. Everything was super clean and modern with amenities such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker w coffee fixings. Arcade was fun - everything bright and functioning. Each and every employee from the front desk, to the arcade, to the manager, to the cafe was polite and attentive. A hiccup in the plans was handled professionally and satisfactorily. We did not eat at any of the restaurants, but we did get breakfast snacks and coffee at the Bear Claw Cafe - very good. We were able to use our "included with the room" theme park tickets (reserved online with special deal) on the day of our check in. Would stay here again.

Not for Picky People Three generations visited for two days midweek. Resort was not crowded so not too many people in water park. We had two rm suite with bunk cubby for 8 yo twins. Rm was ok and beds served the purpose for which they were intended. Small fridge and coffee maker were a plus. The twins did not notice the deferred maintenance )dusty fixtures, sticky floors, etc). The value was in the memories we made. Would recommend for unpicky people

Family fun trip We try to go at least once a year here. Same as usual the rooms are good. Beds are comfy. Sofa bed this time was good. Room is clean. I miss when they used to include breakfast but its not horrible at 10$ a kid 15 an adult. Its sad they took away the free locker though. Price is still great. Everything was open just wish the tube rides would be a little faster. Lazy tiver is the best. Would highly recommend. Only one thing that bothered us is we mentioned we had two guests with mobility issues and were given the furthest room from the elevator and pool.

Indoor water park unorganized and not everything open The hotel staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was clean. We stayed in an updated room. They said the indoor water park top slide is not working so they gave us free passes to Great Escape. Which was very nice. We went into water park in the Hotel. The Lazy River was not open. The tube slides were and the little slide for little ones. The next day the Lazy River was open but only had 8 tubes. I asked do they have anymore? They said they were all over at Great Escape. The tube Slides the attendants went to break at 5 PM I spoke t manager and he said they will be back before 6 PM. 6:15 I asked another employee are they going to reopen. They said he did not think so today. It was 6:15 the water park is open till 8 PM. Water park in hotel is very organized. We ate breakfast in the hotel buffet. They had extra tables overlooking the waterpark. They were filthy. We had to clean our table before we could sit. There were employess just standing around. The silverware was in an open holder where everyone grabs their own. Very Very unsanitary. Breakfast was fine. We wanted to try this hotel. We will not be staying here again My grandkids were so excited to stay here but very disappointed in the water park in the hotel.

Unfortunate I have been coming to this facility for 12 years for my kids birthdays and this past visit was followed by unprofessional staff, lifeguards that didn’t understand boundaries of not putting their hands physically on children and the front desk telling my family they didn’t have an extra pillow on premises for my child! This facility is big enough to not be out of pillows on a Sunday night! Again I have been chasing the manager around for over a month now to get a refund and to give the facility an opportunity to make it right but they gave me an option of a refund or another over night stay which is think isn’t even close to making our situation right! I drove my kids home at midnight because of how poor the accommodations were and I’m Saddened . I do believe they should go above and beyond to make things right considering how loyal I have been with bringing my children every year for their birthday and this year was uncomfortable and ruined, you can’t get that day back of celebrating and it was a fail! I spent well over 400 dollars between food the stay and the arcade and to offer someone a quarter of that seems like a smack in the face. I hope no one else has to have this experience and I hope the facility and whoever is running it makes it right by following up with one of my 7 voicemails to the manager .
