Beautiful property. Incredibly nice hotel. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Very accommodating staff. More like a resort than a hotel. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Hotel Hacienda Jurica The rooms are clean and cozy, the hotel has an traditional mexican environment. The breakfast is great, try the barbacoa, it's amazing. The attention of the staff has been remarkable. The pool is beside the restaurante which is great because parents can have lunch and relax while kids play around.

Muy mala experiencia This review is of the restaurant. To say it was the worst buffet I’ve had in a long long time. I am a guest at the hotel, the staff was nowhere to be seen, the food had mold on it, not even complaining did a waiter approach. Avoid it if possible. Como huésped del hotel acudí al buffet para la comida. Extraordinariamente MAL atendidos, los nopales con hongos, las papas mal cocidas. Se acercó el mesero solo una vez, ni quejándome se acercaron. Obviamente no se disculparon.
