Worst hotel ever This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. This hotel is basically section 8 housing. There were cockroaches in the rooms and I asked to get another room but none were available. Only one towel was in the room, no wash cloth or anything else, i asked them to bring me more and they never did. The floor was so dirty my feet turned black. My room reeked of weed and smoke so bad. Pretty sure I saw some people dealing drugs because they quickly put something in there pocket when I pulled up. It should have alarmed me not to stay there when the lady checking me in said don't say your room number out loud or someone may follow you to your room and kill you. This place is a major health and safety concern in which I have already contacted the BBB for an investigation. No phone in room and grab and go breakfast was awful. AVOID HOTEL!!!

No service Came there the whole staff is unprofessional.seen them hanging in rooms no one is at the desk at night.front desk are rude and had her kids at the desk.I will never come there again felt like a shelter

Great staff and management Talia the manager was very accommodating considering I needed first floor because I'm handicapped, the staff was great and friendly and the area was in proximity to restaurants, and a safe area.......

Not a choice for professionals, families Traveling for work with a two separate night stay at the Extended Stay. First night resulted in a room where you didn't want to touch anything; mysterious stains on the walls, goop on the nightstand, just not clean. Lamps not working, remote not working, just a nasty setup. Refrigerator not working. The second stay was just as bad as the first with rowdy folks in the office, lots of yelling, complaining, etc. So relieved when I was able to check out. There is no ice on the property.

Safety and health hazard Welcome to the hood.... There us a reason this is the cheapest hotel in Raleigh. Stared by the front door with a smashed phone marked.... to contact front desk after hours use phone. The room was a queen not the king we booked and paid for. We were warned for our security to use all three locks provided after dark. The room was a disgusting mess. The towel we were given were blood stained and had pubic hairs on them.... clearly not washed. Tub stained and not washed and crarpet was too filthy to walk on without shoes. Comfort kits came with a coffee maker full of mold. We went out to the dollar store and spent $25 on cleaning supplies, we scrubbed for three hours to make less of a health hazard. The bed was made with the top sheet over the blanket... has no one in this place owned bedding? I knew better than that at 8 years old. The bed was a worn out mattress with a big dip in it. I did not feel like my car was safe, no visable security and a lot of drifter type people hanging around smoking. Left days early .... promised a refund that never came.
