Anywhere but here! Definitely not worth the money! Just don’t stay here! Only 1 elevator working - barely! Insides of drawers were filthy. Bed squeaked. Air condition was inconsistent. No amount of front desk friendliness could compensate for the dirtiness. My brothers room had ants and he got bitten! Carpets in halls needed to be cleaned. Pool needed to be resurfaced. Overall a run down hotel in MAJOR need of a renovation. With so many other choices in the area at comparable or lower costs, there is no reason to stay here. An embarrassment to Hilton!

Family Reunion nearly ruined GREEN POOL WATER! TERRIBLE IS AN UPGRADED DECRIPTION! We rented 40 rooms for nearly 100 family members as we celebrated our 61st family reunion. There was one fully operating elevator. The interior lock on our door need repair, the stabilized lotion dispenser was hanging by a thread, the carpets were in disrepair and filthy and they did not even have syrup for the waffles during the breakfast buffet. The common areas were luke warm most days but despite that the worst experience was the pool. Each day from Thursday through Saturday we inquired about the pool and each day the staff assured us that the pool would be operable tomorrow, well tomorrow never came. We had about 25 children waiting to play with their family members in the pool. We were given a new excuse each day to only learn that the pool had been like this for weeks before without remedy, and the property was owned by bank that has no interest in making repairs. We also learned that the property manager, manages other properties and could have made arrangements for us to be accommodated at another nearby hotel for pool use, but instead let us know that we could stay or go somewhere else. While I would have loved to pack up our family of 100 to relocate to another hotel but the reality of that was impossible. We booked the conference areas and have family members as old as 98. Relocation would have been a nightmare. This Hilton sucks!

Awful hotel. Don't stay there! This hotel is dirty, smells like weed, and is run down. It was built in the 1990's and I doubt there have been any type of reonnovations since it was built. The pool was closed and disgustingly green/brown. Drirt and garbage is strewn around the property. The exercise room is in a tiny room in the basement and half the equipment doesn't work and no AC.

Don’t do it. Most run down Hilton I’ve stayed in. Don’t do it. Our room was nasty. Smelled weed smoke coming in from room next door. We told management our room was dirty and they just “oh.” No offer to clean or swap our room. Bathroom door was broken as well as the closet door. Closet wouldn’t close.

I wouldn't never stay here again, nor recommend staying here to anyone. Run!!!! Do not even bother! Save your family from a nightmare. Upon check-in, the guy at the front desk couldn't be bothered to provide standard info normally provided at check-in. He gave me one room key at first, I had to ask for a second, and didn't even bother putting it in a card with my room number on it. Luckily, I have the app and was able to see what room we had. We figured out the internet on own, which isn't that hard these days. We didn't know about breakfast hours, gym, pool hours, no welcome bag with bottled water, nothing. That should have been a sign to turn around and leave, but we were tired and needed to get into our room and just rest. We stayed for a full week (Friday to Friday). they do housekeeping every other day and on Sunday, I called down to the front desk and confirmed that we were scheduled for a room clean. The lady at the front said, yes, we're on the list for today (Sunday) and we were good to go. We left the room mid morning Sunday and came back at 6:30 pm and our room was not even touched. We had to go down to the front desk (which the lady down there was by herself and she was super busy), she had to pull towels, soap, lotion, coffee packets, and bedding for the pull out for us. We were thankful for her help. You would think we would have gotten a housekeeping service the following day and adjust our schedule to accommodate their error, but no, we had to wait till Tuesday for our next housekeeping service. When our room was serviced on Tuesday, they didn't bother to fill the dispensers for the toiletries, which were either empty or very low upon our arrival. So on our Thursday housekeeping, before we left the room, I had to call down to the front to ask them to notify housekeeping to fill up the dispensers. By the way, they only offer shampoo, shower gel and lotion, no conditioner. Not only are the rooms quite dated, but the lamp shades by the beds had stained specs of God knows what on them, the bottom of the dishwasher was full of water, toilet was all scraped up at the bottom and tub enamel was chipped/scrapped/damaged and has started to turn orange (neither are pleasing to the eye or the imagination), pillows had barely any stuffing in them requiring us to fold our pillows to get anything that was even remotely similar to pillow to support our neck and head. For Thursday's housekeeping services, we got back to the hotel late in the evening and learned house keeping took away towels (bath matt towels and some of the medium and small hand towels) and didn't bother replenishing them. It was our last night and I was sick of calling down to the front desk and just asking for simple/basic services that are included in the crazy amount they charge per night, and in a sense pointing out what a horrible job they are doing with housekeeping. Not that it's a big deal, but they have 2 elevators in the main lobby area, only 1 works. Their gym is located in the basement across from their housekeeping laundry room. I went down to check out the gym and passed the laundry room and saw the guys folding bedding in the laundry room. It was hot in there from the dryers, I'm sure, so the doors were open. One guy was using the table to fold laundry and the other guys was using the floor to spread out white bed sheets and fold them (gross). For what they're charging, I wouldn't and couldn't, in good faith, recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially if you're traveling with small kids. Consider another hotel for peace of mind on cleanliness, service and for your pocket.
