Always a pleasure Renovated and consistently clean. Comfy beds and well appointed rooms. The club lounge is closed, valet closed but the parking deck, bar and restaurant are open. Great location for walking. They did get rid of the pool which was a bummer but not a big deal. Thanks again

Construction Pounding Noise All Day Long ! Construction! Very Loud… at least for next 4 months. Great hotel but did not tell you about outside construction.. that starts early. If you come at 5 and leave at 7am fine. Other than that pounding noise all day long.. don’t plan on working in your room …

Stay at AC hotel or Hyatt Place nearby. Service and cleanliness are issues. They will also try to put you in a lower priced ro My stay at this hotel was almost the worst stay I have ever had. They did not have the specific type of room I reserved months ago and put me in a lower priced accessible room, room #912. What is the point of making a reservation if they are going to give your room away? This particular room had a loud clicking/tapping noise from outside the wall by the balcony door. I don't know if it was something from the roof or what, I spent a half an hour trying to figure it out and couldn't. I could not get any sleep. I would have switched rooms if my children weren't already asleep. It kept me up all night. Also the accessible shower got water all over the bathroom despite the flimsy shower curtain. So beware when you check into this hotel as they may not have the specific upgraded room you reserved and will stick you someplace else. It was a horrible experience. The check in person didn't even tell me at first that my room type wasn't available, so they try to pull one past you. After I went to the original room they tried to give me and saw that it wasn't what I paid for, I came back and argued with them and got stuck in a less comparable room with all kinds of issues. It's so irritating that they tried to put me in a room that costs way less then what I was paying for, and not even say anything. I specifically reserved and paid for a higher floor room with a midtown view of the shopping center. The original room they gave me was on a low floor with a view to the back parking lot. The room itself was not very clean, the bathroom was constantly getting soaked with water whenever anyone took a shower. So much so that water was running on the floor from the bathroom out to the front entryway. The balcony was disgusting with dirt and dead bugs and cob webs. The constant loud clicking/tapping on the walls.....hotel staff really needs to investigate that. For a four star hotel and as much as I paid for one night (over $250), I expected a lot more in terms of service and cleanliness. There is a beautiful AC hotel and Hyatt Place in the same location, my advice is to stay there instead.

Don't expect much After the impressive drive up Main Street in North Hills and a nice modern lobby don't expect much here. This is not a full service hotel and the attention to detail is lacking There is one restaurant and bar, which serves breakfast in the morning and is open 5 to only 9 for the bar and a limited food menu. No room service. No worries - there are 40 restaurants within three blocks so this isn't a serous deficiency. Towels - there was ONE, threadbare, torn and rough as sandpaper Shower - very slick and felt unsafe Bathmat - too small, too thin, too old Soap dish - made of glass, broken, sharp edges and loose shards Decorative thing in bathroom - WTF is that, covered in weeks of dust. Little convenience store behind desk - no cold water, no milk for the kids. If you need anything a family needs you need to visit the Target beneath the hotel. Old fashioned cocktail at the bar. Rye and agave syrup. No muddled fruit, no bitters, no fruit garnish. Amateur as heck! With a relative living in this area, I'll be looking for better next trip.

MEMBERSHIP AND SERVICE MEANS NOTHING What a terrible experience. I arrived at this hotel and did not get a warn nor friendly welcome at all. It was as if i was a person asking for direction. The person that i was not friendly never told me anything about the hotel, never smiled, no greeting, not even a thank you for coming to this hotel. I did not know anything. He did not even tell me where to park and he witness me park in front of the front door. The housekeeper advised me on where to park. Did not know about the fitness center that was free to guest. Was clueless to any of the hotel amenities due to the fact that no one told me. I had book for 2 days in town for a funeral and check out after one with the lack of unprofessional service that i got. Was not aware that i got three authorization on my card and there was also $100.00 a night incidental charges that i was not aware until the credit card company called me and suspected fraud being attempt on my card. I left asap from this hotel after 1 night and was told that the general manager would be in touch. 5 days later, yes, nothing at all. Elite membership, customer service, quality is not at this hotel. Amex had to change my card due to authorizations that i was clueless about and still was over charge from this hotel. And still i called to get help and yes, still not a call from anyone. Not a friendly front desk nor did i feel welcome at any point at this hotel.
