Very nice property but could use some improvements After a failed ABNB in the area we moved into this property. Upon arrival its kind of different to get to check in. Once you figure it out past the broken escalator it's good from there. The room was very nice when we checked in. One the first day or so had some issues but they were taken care of promptly. The room is very nice and updated. The TV is extremely small in today standards. The rooms have paper thin walls as a baby was staying net door and at all hours you could hear the child. The bed was amazing and linens were clean and fresh. There was a dust bunny pile under the desk and someone else left over candies too. The coffee and water was adequate but due to no maid service you just had to chase down a room attendant to get new coffee and water. The staff was amazing in every aspect. They were all friendly and very accomodating. As a Marriott gold member I was not offered any breakfast coupons and that was unexpected. Parking was only $15 per night but was not told that either. Just FYI most of the sanitizers were empty throughout the property.

Need green space for pets if you’re going to allow pets Main thing is this: They are supposedly pet friendly but there is no green space for the pet to go potty. Not too friendly on that I’d say. Requested a fridge 3 times and finally got one, no charge which is appreciated. Otherwise, all ok. Restaurants and bars plentiful

Excellent stay The customer service here is excellent in every area. From the time we pulled in and were greeted by Chris, who assisted with luggage and basic needs to the front desk where I believe Connie gave us excellent service. Our experience was great. The only downside was there is no longer a swimming pool

They’re working really hard! I stayed for two nights while working at the convention center across the street. Easy access and convenient. Check in is tricky because you park downstairs and have to go up a floor to the lobby. Didn’t help that only one elevator was working but they opened up the service elevator to alleviate the crowd. Luckily an employee offered to help me and he kindly negotiated my luggage cart through the kitchen. Check in was quick and she kindly gave me the lowest floor possible. Room isn’t huge but comfy beds and dark curtains. Shower water pressure was some of the best I’ve had in a hotel! Had a nice view of downtown. I had called ahead for a refrigerator, they don’t come with the room but can be placed in the room upon request. At checkin I confirmed my request and she said it was in the room but it wasn’t. Kind young man brought one that didn’t seem to be working and returned with a brand new one. Day two after working 12 hours something was wrong with both key cards and had to make two trips down to the lobby to get it fixed. Remember the broken elevator? I got my steps in! Woman working the desk was very apologetic, let me use the secret access back to the service elevator and comped me a beverage - well worth the trip. Wish I had gotten everyone’s names. Check in gentleman was wearing a firefighter logo and the woman at the desk on Saturday night was working around 9 pm on Feb 27th.

Just okay We stayed here two nights based on reviews. It just wasn’t what we expected. The room was dated and small. Disappointed the rooms didn’t have mini frig”s. Due to Covid there was no room service which was fine, but they didn’t leave any extra towels, shampoo, soap or coffee and we were there for a couple nights. I went down to the lobby for coffee the second day and no coffee. They had a coffee shop on the second floor which was also closed. I went to the desk to ask for extra coffee and they didn’t have any and recommended to go to Starbucks a block away. At least the parking was free on the weekends but across the street.
