Choice Hotels are anything but I have been Hilton Honors member for 22+ years and felt it time to try out other brands of hotels, so I chose Choice Hotels having a decent experience at a Radisson in Fargo, ND. Well this hotel made it certain I would not be switching and actually avoiding Choice Hotels in by bi-monthly business travel. The staff at the front desk and namely, Hotel Manager Sadie McGruder, picked a fight with me over my company's credit card being declined. She offered me ultimatums that if I didn't 'take care of this within 15 minutes, she would have to ask me to leave'. It took a little longer but when my agent called them with another account number they CANCELLED my reservation. The original card was flagged for 'FRAUD' maybe its because they require a photocopy of the actual card; imagine that in 2024 requiring a photo copy of a credit card for everyone and their mother to look at and potentially use it fraudulently.

Great place at a great price Overall a great place to stay for an affordable price. They have a good breakfast, generally eggs and sausage one day and biscuits and gravy the next. They always had yogurt, granola, cereal, apples, bread, bagels, and oatmeal. Plus coffee, an assortment of juices and cold water. The room was clean and we didn't notice any chlorine smell, we were in room 414. I was nervous at first being a cross from the elevator, but we never heard it while sleeping, which was great. The fridge worked perfectly and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We generally decline room service, but if you expect daily service this is not your place. We kept getting texts saying they would clean every 3 nights, but they don't. Instead, they clean upon request. This was totally OK for us, we just asked for a refill of a couple things at the front desk and they kindly provided what we needed, we were there 6 nights. The pool was warm and hot tubs were great, I even went down the slide, which was fun. The bed was very comfortable and we never had issues parking. Great location to all the touristy things in SD and WY. My only critique would be that employees do not allow thier families to use the pool area, it should be for paying guests only.

A Centerpoint to Main Attractions! Location: Great Daily Breakfast were ok . We had a repetition of previous days' selection. We had bread & some sort of mushroom gravy 2 days in a row. There were also oatmeal, waffles, Yougurt, fresh apples as other selections. This hotel has open air free parking. There is an indoor pool that seems busy, and the floor is always wet. Should have a separate elevator for people who used the pool. It was a bit annoying & kind of dangerous having to walk on a wet flooring/ elevator. Housekeeping comes late 9am, so you need to get your own room supplies if you are heading out early for your day trips. Get your receipt checked upon leaving and don't rely on staff telling you no additional charges done because they do charge daily resort fees. I didn't hv a printed receipt upon check-in only at check out. It's still a good place to stay. We booked 2 king beds. We stayed 5 days, and we never used housekeeping bcoz we were out all day anyway.

Ripped off by Country inn and suites Booked a night stay here last week (9th April). I paid via booking.com the price was great and the hotel OK. However, I got charged again for the room at the hotel and there is another charge currently pending on my credit card. Although this hotel looks reasonable when they charge you 3x for the same room its really expensive. Furthermore, they dont answer emails-- In my experience run by a bunch of crooks avoid
