Wyndham needs to bulldoze this place and start over. By far the worst lodging accommodations I had on my 9 days of vacation and I had to stay here 2 nights. I'm surprised that this is a Wyndham property considering all that is wrong with it. I had booked our hotel stay a week in advance requesting a "lowest level room" referring to a ground floor room. Unfortunately they must have taken that request to mean the most unkempt and broken room on their property. Upon arrival the exterior seemed like it was a well kept property. Looks are deceiving. Went to the counter to check-in and the host said there were 4 reservations under my name. Weird at first. I had already received a text message from my credit card company that they had already charged my full 2 day reservation to my card earlier that day. This is different from any other Wyndham property I had been to. The clerk stated that she would cancel the other reservations so that I wouldn't be charged again and multiple times. She just needed to find the one that was charged. I told her that I could provide the reservation confirmation number and she declined. She stated that all the reservations had all different pricing and that she just wanted to get me into a room. I again offered the confirmation number and she again declined. After about 5 minutes I pulled up the confirmation number and gave it to her. She finally got me check in and told me our room was on the 2nd floor. So much for that "lowest level room." The reason for that specific request is because both my spouse and I have leg issues. I thought no big deal so I asked the clerk where the elevator was. Guess what....No elevator. There was a staircase next to the lobby (west end of the building.) 2 flights. Then to top it off, our room was clear on the east side. Finally get to our room and I see stairs on our side of the building that only required 12 steps. A far cry from the 2 flights on the other staircase. Now why the clerk couldn't tell me that upon giving me the room key, who knows. Get in the room and the nightmare continues. Here's the laundry list of issues: 1. The air was on buy window was open. Guess they were trying to evacuate any odors that were still present. 2. There was no coffee for the machine. 3. No cups for the coffee. 4. The ice bin was missing the customary plastic bag. 5. All the electrical plug ins were so loose that keeping something plugged in was nearly impossible. Code violation? 6. The light switch for the water closet was also loose that caused the light to intermittently work. Nothing like being in there and having the light go on and off like you are at a rave party. 7. The shower head was broke. It was stuck between the pulse and regular setting with no way to change it. 8. 4 towels but only 1 washcloth. As much as I love my family members, I don't love them that much. 9. No kleenex tissues. The holder was empty. HUGE ISSUE: The security of this property is also a joke. The east entry door closest to our room was not secure. It never locked requiring a key card to enter so literally anyone can gain access to the property. And probably the most egregious issue....the hot tub in the pool area was broken. Nothing on their reservation page stating as such. Nothing mentioned at check-in. Just a sign at the pool entrance door. Yet they feel it is OK to charge full rate. Speaking of charging. My credit card company sent a text later that evening that a 2nd full rate charge was made to my card. A charge that the credit card company reversed, not the hotel. Overall, as stated in my title. Wyndham would be better off bulldozing this place and starting over. This place is not worthy of being a Wyndham property. As a traveler, if you don't mind substandard accommodations and being charged for way more than what it's worth, then this is your kind of place.

Quite and comfortable room, surprise charge, cramped breakfast area The $150 deposit was an unpleasant surprise. I still don't know if I'll ever see that money again. The room was comfortable and quiet and seemed clean and reasonably up to date. The breakfast area was cramped and didn't seem as nice in person as in the description.

Gross and new 150 dollar deposit even if you reserve online! No eggs, meat of any kind or whole fruit for breakfast! This was the worse hotel and time on our whole trip. We just came from dinner , my husband didn't get paid til 9 pm that night. We had there new expected coincidental room deposit money but not all on one card. They couldn't make it happen even tho she said she could then we called a friend to help us pay. Not cool!! We booked this room with no heads up on a deposit nor has Days Inn ever required this before at other locations! Gross room blood even on my blanket! Yuck!!!

Outdated and too many things not working The lamp did not work. The refrigerator would not cool. The pool had very strong amounts of chemicals. There were not updated ports for charging electronics. The bathroom was not clean. The front desk employee was on his personal phone each time we had a concern.
