Very little value for the money I wish they had done a better job cleaning that place. The carpet in the common area, the room and chair were disgusting and filthy. The elevator always dirty. Guest smoke in the hallway. My room were just across the elevator, the cigarette smoke get into the room, Roaches were crawling in the room; when I informed the front desk employee I want to move to another room, he became irritated. But he gave me another room. The lamp chargers didn't work; the room only had one working outlet, so I had to disconnect the lamps to charge my electronics. One night I phoned the front desk regarding a water leak on the ceiling; he was OK, thank you, and that was it. The second time that happen, the housekeeper were in adjacent room, I told her about the leak, she simply said sometime that happen and gave me two pieces of rags to wipe the floor. The so-called breakfast were coffee, slice bread and instant oatmeal every day. Days Inn is not a hotel; rather, it is an over-priced motel. I blame those internet third-party vendors: Priceline and Kayak and all the others. I blame online third-party providers such as Priceline, Kayak, Expedia, Tripadvisor, etc., for allowing hotels/motels to collect consumers' money without providing them with any recourse in the event of subpar service. I get very little value for the money. Overall, most the house keepers were friendly.

Terrible stay Please find another place to stay. Room had a moldy bathroom and a terrible smell. I stayed here because they advertise breakfast included, which ended up being a loaf of bread and a bowl of oranges. The elevator smelled like pot do yourself a favor find another place.

Overall Good The room was very nice, the staff friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our visit to the Reading WWII Warbird Weekend. However, the website we read said there was breakfast included, coffee, juice, fruit and maybe oatmeal is not breakfast.

No phone in room! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel WITHOUT a phone in my room. This was a first. Maintenance and cleanliness of the room were shoddy. A/C platform was all torn up, shower ceiling and walls had mold/mildew; microwave was dirty, bedspread had a burn hole in it, no facial tissues, bug in the bathroom, breakfast was really poor. Elevator and hallway smelled as if someone was smoking weed in a completely non-smoking hotel.

Outdated The front desk staff is nice but the property is in desperate need of updates. The furniture is tattered and the outlets won't hold a plug. No drain stopper in the sink. Slow Wi-Fi. Carpet was dirty but the bedding looked okay. Not terrible, but not worth $140.
