Clean and quite If you want clean quite and safe place stay this is a good choice. It's just far enough away from the freeway and there this a rock and gem/museum across the street that's worth the stop.

Pass this one if you are a light sleeper This is what it is....an older budget motel which is trying to survive these days for travelers such as myself. The lady at RECEPTION was incredibly kind and helpful when I had a problem and directed me to a business in town which solved it. Room 216 had a comfortable bed but because of the age of the building the single-paned glass is useless for keeping out exterior noise. There is a large gap around the door which does not help this problem and lets the cold air in. This needs some insulation on the frame. The motel is situated perpendicular to the fairly close highway and the all-night truck traffic noise just channels down between the buildings which doesn't help a light sleeper. In addition the noisy HVAC motor sounds like its bearings are shot. The louvers are stationary rather than moveable and the air blows directly on the bed. The carpet is old and musty smelling and really should be sprayed every day at least. Many places are ripping out the old, unhealthy carpeting and putting in engineered flooring but this is a horrific cost. I wish more visitors for them but if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Would not recommend Our experience with this property was not good. The overwhelming smell of smoke in what was a nonsmoking room was awful. Many repairs needed throughout the room. All of the hotels in the area were sold out due to an event we were attending but we will drive to the next town rather than stay here again. The staff was nice and easy to work with.

Spacious room, friendly staff Very friendly staff. The hotel was spotless and our room was spacious. After 9 hours on the road we were glad to have plenty of room to throw our stuff down and go to sleep. The breakfast was equally good. Checkout was efficient. Would recommend!

Good place to stay Called ahead to get early check-in, and they had rooms available, which was awesome. The hotel is right off the highway, next to lots of restaurant and and a gas station Liquor Check-in was smooth, parking was plentiful, and the breakfast was great. Beds were comfy as well! very safe and clean a good choice for a stopover.
