Excellent, comfortable stay My family stayed here for one week while our kitchen was being remodeled. We had the two bedroom suite which worked out great for my family of 3 plus dog. Very nice, newly remodeled room, and our stay was pleasant and quiet. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Because of the COVID-19 situation, certain safety protocols were in place. Face masks were required in all public areas. Free daily breakfast consisted of muffins, cereals, orange juice, milk, yogurt, and microwavable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The brewed coffee seemed a bit bitter. No hot breakfast available. The fitness center was open, but you need to reserve it for a 45 min session (only one person or family at a time). This hotel does take pets, and we had our black lab with us during our stay ($100 fee per stay). Lots of grassy areas and trails for walking our dog. Because of COVID-19, there was no regular maid service (unless you call and ask for it). We had to call 3 times during our stay to have our trash taken out and to get fresh towels. Also, lots of nice restaurants within walking distance for takeout and/or delivery. Places like Homegrown, Tipsy Cow Burgers, Pancake House, Cold Stone Creamery, Cow Chips, Victor's Coffee. I can definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Just an average hotel Stayed here during the crazy heat wave. AC was almost unable to keep up during the day (we also had south facing windows which didn't help) but it did help us survive, so yea~. Not much view to speak off. Parking was outdoor and not garage so in full blast of the sun. The pool was okay, nothing special. They provided towels which was nice. The breakfast served was typical of what you'd expect at this type of hotels. The staff was helpful I guess, that's all I can say about them. Gym had all the necessary equipments. The room was okay sized, the normal bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed made me want to die the next morning. The bath was also just tiny....We're pretty small and it still felt very cramped. Not sure how a large person would feel in there. I booked too late, so options were scarce and I thought I needed a room with a kitchen. Turns out I don't really use the kitchen that much anyways. Probably won't be back here again in the future? It's aight, but not for me.

Average. Should improve after COVID restrictions are behind us Location decent beside Town Center. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Two bedroom suite was clean, bath and lav modernish and clean. Towels and bedding fresh. Shower/bath featured liquid shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers mounted to wall. Good quality stuff too. Decent selection of snacks and drinks, including alcohol, available in reception that can be added to your room bill. Lots of guests with small children. The Inn is very dog-friendly. No frills. Morning breakfast was weak - but likely due to covid restrictions, which are lifting as of June 28,2021. Parents told us their small children loved it. Small pool. Very nice workout room with several exercises-cycles and free weights. Full kitchen in many, maybe most, suites. Full size stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Occasional cooking smells throughout the facility. Price and scarcity of options were the selling points for us. Two bedroom suite with kitchen as above - $175/nighty + +. Parking is extra. Free street parking was available to us each night. Not disappointed with our five-night stay. Would likely stay again if spending time in Redmond.

Do not stay here We are Marriott Ambassador level. Something I am beginning to question as having any value whatsoever. Olga assisted me and was rude from the beginning. She insisted on speaking to my husband over the phone (he is not with me on this trip) before she would allow me to check in. A request for an upgrade was not honored until I requested to speak to the manager. The next day I saw that they had put through charges on my card for twice the amount of the room rate I was quoted. Another call to the manager who said that was standard practice. What? And she could not reverse the charge. I am here to celebrate my son’s birthday and have spent more time tracking down fairness.

Great hotel with attentive staff Loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious. Everything was very clean and the rooms are updated with newer furniture and bathroom fixtures. The staff was great, especially Veronica, who took care of our questions. The location is walking distance to many restaurants in downtown Redmond and at Redmond Town Center. Also the hotel is very quiet. I couldn't hear outside noise or neighbors.
