You'll be glad you stayed here! This hotel is one of the best small town places I've stayed in quite a while. Actually it beat a few of the larger conference centers I've lodged in recently! Quiet, peaceful setting, plenty of hot water and water pressure, and the bed is divine. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You'll appreciate this lodging experience.

When you need a pillow for the night... We arrived around 9 PM after a 5.5 hour drive from metro Atlanta. The receptionist at the check-in desk was such a pleasure to work with after that drive. She asked about my visot and seemed interested in my vacation plans. She was patient when I forgot where the elevator was located. The breakfast was as expected and provided many options. I would stay here again!

Another AC/Heater Unit on the Fritz.. Ever since these hotels change over to the wall mounted thermostat, we can never adjust the temperature correctly in or room.. The heater would cut on make the room extremely warm, then shut off and the room would get cold again.. The heat system never stayed on like it use to. This makes twice we've had an issue with the hotel, but the hotel management staff would always make things right. However, this doesn't convince us to book another stay with them in the future.

Very happy with this hotel Breakfast = A Sleep = A+ Location = A Hospitality = A Room service = A+ (when you ask for it) My only complaint is no laundry room. I travel for work and I prefer to do my own laundry. It’s a safe area with a good police presence. They do a great job of making you feel welcome.

No Customer Service Stayed for 2 nights. The best part of the stay was the fantastic and positive attitude of Megan, the lady that took our reservations on the phone. She was cheerful and very friendly. The staff need lessons in customer service and being friendly. When requesting a late check-out, each poerson told us to check back later. The final day, was told it depends on how many staff show up today from housekeeping, and based on the usual not many staff showing up, she probably could not accomoadate a one hour change in check-out. It was good we did internet check in as the computers were down when we arrived and they couldn't complete check-in unless advance was completed. We recommend planning to have breakfast some place other than the free at the hotel. There was nothing available on Sunday except cerealy. The lady could not keep up with the guests, and even the coffee was empty until breakfast was over. First hotel with free breakfast that didn't have enough made? The bed and room was almost clean. Several areas were missed, coffee grounds still by the Keurig, and towels and soap missing. We will be staying at another hotel when we return to Rockingham County.
