Many issues We checked in late and went to bed. Noticed the toilet made a weird whistling sound when refilling but were too tired to call about it. Then we noticed there were not enough outlets in the room. I had to unplug the microwave to plug in the desk lamp. The Wi-Fi worked the first night but that was the last time I was able to connect. The next 2 days, I had no Wi-Fi. I called the front desk and she said several people had complained and I should log off and back on. Since I could never get on, that suggestions did not work out. The first full day, we were gone all day and returned to a dirty room and a note that said we had left the DND sign up. We specifically took it down and put it in the room when we left so this was incorrect. I called the front desk and asked if we could get the room cleaned and she said she would see what they could do as the supervisor was still there. After waiting quite a while an no one showing up, I called and said to forget cleaning the room and asked if they could just bring us some clean towels. They said, I would have to come down and get them as they would not bring them up. We also had trouble getting in to the building through the external doors. Our room key would not open the external doors nearest to our room and we had to walk around to find a door that worked. We talked to 2 other guests who had the same issue. It sounds like they need to fin their access doors.

Hot room not very clean. We were greeted by some homeless people outside of the building. Once we got in the building, there was another homeless person coming out muttering to himself. The location is great, right next to the airport. The outdoor pool looked fine as well. The front desk person was helpful and friendly no problems there. Once we got to the room, there was a sign on the air conditioner saying do not operate below 70° or air conditioner will freeze up. There was no temperature Gauge in the room. There was not a thermostat on the wall or on the air conditioner. There was simply a dial saying cooler or warmer on the air conditioner. It did not work very well and the room was hot and made sleeping very difficult as it was over 100° that day. The carpets were old and stained, and there was hair in the bathtub. The room was fairly cheap, but you got exactly what you paid for. I expect much more from my Best Western brand. I do not think they want their name on this particular hotel or they want to put money into it to get it up to Best Western standards . .

Three days in Hell Motel was a tremendous disappointment, especially since it was Best Western. 1. Free parking but not adventitious to the motel. 2. Towels are scratchy enough to sand wood 3. Room map needed but not offered, difficult to find your away around. 4. All hallways and flooring looks alike throughout the building 5. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. 6. Front desk available after 7:00 AM 7. Staff could use some instruction in service 8, Probably only motel in Reno not offering free continental breakfast or coffee/tea 9. No blanket, just sheet and bedspread 10. Difficult to cool room down 1. Across highway from airport 2. Smooth check in and out 3. Restaurant on premises Would not stay here again.

Very good spot! I chose this hotel for the price and proximity to the airport, and it didn't disappoint, clean and comfortable rooms, not too much noise, helpful staff.
