Comfort Inn & Suites Airport

Good to stay on a budget. Went here for New Year's. Check in was good. Location is ok if you are going to the airport, however if you want to go the opposite direction it involves going out of the way. Just a minor inconvenience tho. Room was clean, but shows signs of wear. Bathroom doesn't have towel hooks or toilet paper holders. Buffet has lots of selections which I really like with Comfort Inn. Have to give special thanks to the housekeeping, who found something of value that I left in the room and reported it back to me.

Good price, quiet location. Good place for the price. Nice staff. Convenient parking and location to highway. Comfortable bed, good towels. Property a bit worn. Quiet. We stay here every time we are in Reno. Don’t expect fancy but adequate.

Get more than you pay for! It is perfectly good mid range hotel. Very clean.Daily room service. Tasty breakfast includes sausage, eggs and make your own waffles. Beds comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful. It is very reasonably priced. No complaints.

Reservation canceled without notice My confirmed reservation was canceled. When the hotel called me, I assumed it was because we had not arrived yet. I informed him that we would arrive very late, around 2am. I was told that if we never showed up and my credit card on file is declined that his manager would be very upset that he hadn't booked the room. I thought he was just being nervous that it might get declined. I assured him that we would get there around 2am and he said that he would hold the room. I also asked about a later checkout, since we were arriving so late, and he said that he could give us another hour. Fast forward to our arrival at 2am when everything changed. He said that the card on file was declined and that he had told me he would only hold the room until 12 or 1am. I then found out that he had left me a voicemail where he said that it had been declined. But had I known earlier I would have fixed the credit card issue and had him run the updated card. Or if I had known sooner that my reservation was canceled I could have booked another hotel.

Wedding weekend Every possible touch was perfect , the Romance package , the suite the vibe . All First class . We had a Blast and this was the perfect place for us to have the time of our lives. The view was amazing day and night and we would be the first to say avoid the crowds of the bigger chains No kids to contend with . Adult play for sure
