Nice hotel, horrible staff I was in Reno for the American Blind Bowling National Tournament. I was comped this room by American Airlines after they cancelled my flight. The hotel is clean and nice. Room was clean and looked good. My biggest issue with this place was that front desk lady. She was hateful. She was cussing and complaining about hos busy they were. There was a young man also up front, but did not appear to be working. Both were cussing the whole time I was there. When I checked out, I left my white cane on the counter and proceeded otuside. The morning front desk guy put it on the far end of the counter. He did not even bring it out to me. When I realized what I had done, I went back in and he gave it to me. I was very upset about the lack of care. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. Just be ready for rude people and profanity.

Not a good value Hotel was convenient to the Highway and easy to get to. Establishment was clean and fresh. Our room was clean, quiet, and confortable. Parking was on the tight side and there were only 3 handicapped spots that I observed. On the not so great side, staff was next to impossible to locate. THe front desk was a ghost town most of the time, The very small morning coffee and snack operation was a small cart locatedt next to the front door. If you did not get there withing 30 minutes of it opening, better luck next time. For the cost, this was not a good value and I could not reccomend it as there was really no offset for the extra cost.

Not what we were hoping for The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. That said, we reserved this room because it included a kitchenette to cook meals to save a little money. The room did not include any cookware, glasses, cups, nor utensils. We were told we needed to get what we needed from the front desk. However, all they had were two coffee cups. The room did not have a coffee maker either. We would not recommend this place if your intention is to stay for a week or longer and have a kitchen. It’s really just a hotel room. The front desk guy, Kyle, was very nice and apologetic though.
