Best Place to stay in Reno. - Great Room. Great Food. Excellent Staff! Loved the Room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Kay at the front desk was amazing! The Mexican Restaurant was VERY good. The Fajitas and Nachos were spectacular. Fun tables and great music. The only place to stay in Reno. Will definitely be returning.

Best spot to stay and play in Reno! Rooms are always clean and room service is always prompt. Depending on your room the views of the mountains are amazing I never got tired of the sunsets. One of the best places to have fun, great atmosphere and even better table dealers. Duke is awesome.

Very fun Loved our room We had adjoining doors with our daughter and got to visit. Made the room look huge. Bathrooms are great the towels.. we will be back again next May hopefully. I am hoping that we will be extended another complimentary room.. The only thing I was disappointed in is that we didn't win any money and we really tried..

Lost and Found best help Wallace and Gordon helped me find my lost jewelry. They gave me the best customer service. Thank you! I will definitely be back. We always have a great time. We love the shows, but slow service at the steak house and too pricy. Avoid the steakhouse

The scooters at the hotel are great! And so are the people! Especially Tina! Thank you GSR for renting those wonderful scooters! I hurt my foot and couldn’t walk very well. The people at the Bell desk were SO helpful and kind! Especially Tina ! My room was always clean and beautiful! The food was great along with all your employees! Good job GSR_
