great stay at the GSR I don't usually write reviews, but this place and our black jack dealer deserves it. His name is JR he is really great at blackjack very very entertaining, you can tell that he really likes what he does he's meant to deal lol I also notice that he knows a lot of people, few have stop by to say hi to him. Hotel is great too nice and clean had an easy check in and check out process did not have any issue which was great! looking forward for our next visit thank you GSR

Great service We had a great experience at GSR Cafe. Although the receptionists were rude but the kind server Saima was very nice to us and she was very pleasant. Her service was exceptional and she made sure we were well taken care off. ____❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gordon is the man We love coming here. The free rooms they give and promotional FreePlay sweeten the deal !$$ unfortunately my wallet was lost. But staff or a good Samaritan returned it to lost and found Gordon is the man!! He was extremely helpful at the lost and found desk, very courteous , very friendly. He located my missing wallet, made my birthday extra special. This guy needs a promotion and a raise.
