La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Worth NE Mall

Proceed w/ Caution....Credit Card Charged after Cancellation Buyer Beware...do not give these people access to your credit card. I am a Wyndham Diamond member and after dozens of stays at Wyndham properties, this is the first time that this has happened to me. The management at this property is dishonest and deceitful. I made a reservation to stay here for August 2nd, 2024. I called on August 1st and canceled my reservation with the front desk attendant. She was very friendly and confirmed my cancellation without hesitation. She told me my cancellation # would be the same as my reservation #. No worries, right!...Nope, my CC was charged for a no-show. I understand that mistakes happen, so I contacted the hotel directly. I was referred to 'Mike' . Mike was full of vague responses and let me know that he would check back w/ the employee that I previously spoke with to confirm the cancellation. He assured me that he would call me back. No call back, so I followed-up with another phone call. "Mike' said that she did not have the authority to cancel my reservation?? Not sure what that meant, but I told him that I had no reason to believe that my reservation was not cancelled? Mike promised to check w/ the management and get right back to me. Of course for the 2nd time, no call back from 'Mike'. I sent an email to the hotel explaining everything again. Waiter 48 hours, no response. It is really disappointing that a Wyndham property would treat a Diamond member this way over $100. I am disputing this now w/ my CC company and am very confident that I will be successful. I have the phone records and can prove that I called the day before my stay. Proceed w/ caution, these people are dishonest and non-responsive.

Clean room, nice price, excellent location Fresh room! Clean, cool and ready when we arrived! My family had multiple events all weekend and we were able to sneak in a nap as needed! Great location! Great parking lot. Very safe. After 10p the lobby doors lock and a room key is required for re-entry. It was a nice safety feature. Because our itinerary was so packed we didn’t swim this time. We peeked into the indoor pool and saw people enjoying it!

Great stay Great clean room. Mike and the staff were awesome. The room was clean and the atmosphere was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again on any other trip to this area. Many floors have been newly remodeled to include paint, carpet and fixtures.

Extremely satisfied I stayed here after some mechanical issues on the plane and caused me to miss my connecting flight, which was very confusing and very stressful, however, the hotel was very accommodating and very sincere and made the evening much less stressful. The room was very nice and the check-in was very smooth and very easy, thank you so much

Clean room but broken A/C The room and property was very clean. The A/C unit was not working upon arrival. I had to reset power to the unit for the fan to start working. The unit never blew anything colder than room temp air, making it hard to sleep comfortably.
