DON’T STAY AT EXTENDED STAY!!!!!! @ExtendedStay ARE Y’ALL FOR REAL!!! The @ExtendedStay in Chesterfield, VA on Midlothian Turnpike is a HOT ASS MESS. The housekeeping staff ARE NOT CLEANING THESE ROOMS. The bathrooms are filthy, the furniture is falling apart, the phone don’t work, missing light _ I cleaned the tub with bleach and dawn because there was ABSOLUTELY WAY my family was stepping in those tubs without some bleach on it

Lovely stay The hotel is budget friendly with all the amenities needed and expected in a hotel. Love the kitchens in each room to warm up food, cook breakfast, or just pop a bag of popcorn and order a movie. Laundry is coin operated, but also has phone app pay option! We defiantly enjoyed our stay.

Sleepless in Chesterfield County, Virginia I had requested a handicap room when I made the reservation, and accessible bathroom facilities, if available. The clerk at check in time +/- 4 pm, Friday, 3/1 was rude and in hospitable. He said and I quote, "There are no 1st floor rooms available and no handicapped rooms either and the only room is on the 3rd floor." I tried to tell him I have a phobia with elevators and his reply was, "use the stairs." I guess he never heard of the word "handicapped". We had a dog and sometimes he needs to go out at night, not happening here because no one, that's right no one, is in the office from 11 PM to 6 AM and the exterior doors are locked. Is that even legal. It's a hotel for god sakes. What if there had been a fire? We went down for "breakfast" at 8:30 and there was some young man taking all the muffins and energy bars that he could stuff in his pants pockets. Low and behold he was the front desk clerk. What? I know it's hard to get qualified help, but seriously this is totally unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend your "hotel" to anyone.

Stinky rejected hospital room. We called and made reservation for a double queen or King bed accessibility room on the 1st floor. What we got looked a rejected hospital room, that stank of something unknown. It had only one bed, the handicap toilet seat had mold and the room had roaches. Needles to say we did not stay. Also if you call the number on the hotel web page , it belongs to a third party who charges an extra fee of $15.99. Only found out when we requested a refund. Only good part is the refunded our money plus the 3rd party fee the next day.
