Comfy, Homey Roadside Place for Travelers Our room was super comfy, we didn't want anything too fancy but just a "homey" sort of feel. Well the lady we spoke to on the phone was SUPER nice and that gave us a great feeling as the Sonesta we called seemed annoyed we asked about a room! She said "it makes me happy to see you have a good stay" and that went a long way with us as tired as we were. This is an affordable, family travel sort of hotel so a nice night here is a good bet. We will be back next time we pass through! Great team and a great location. Only issue we had was our bike was blocked in by a truck and we couldn't leave when we wanted, but that isn't an employees fault

Awful experience Do not stay at this hotel. I booked a stay with them last minute as I wanted to see my relative who was on end of life care. Booked the room through booking.com and within a couple of hours my relative had passed away. Tried to cancel the room and asked for them to waive the fees. I was passed back to booking.com without any sort of acknowledgement of my circumstances. They did not respond to booking.com when they requested this on my behalf. Took the money and refused to engage with me apart from a few cold responses telling me again to contact booking.com. Eventually booking.com told me that Red Roof had refused my request. In the meantime I had raised a formal complaint with red roof who have not acknowledged this at all and given me no time scale for a response to my complaint. This hotel and company do not care about customers so avoid booking with them at all cost. They only want your money and will not talk to you.

Amazing except for a few glitches The room was amazingly clean and the staff was very nice from check in to the cleaning lady's. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible and was to a extent but if someone was in a wheelchair it would have been difficult to get between the foot of the bed and the TV/refrigerator/microwave stand. Thankfully that wasn't us but just a fyi. Parking was easy and well lit.now to the down side our pillows wasn't very comfortable as they was very hard.(we went and bought some). The only other complaint I have is the fact that we seen several drug deals go down and several prostitutes soliciting by walk through parking lot yelling what room they was in and then there people picking them up . Going to the room a short time later they would leave back out they come and repeat until they left in a blazer type vehicle just to return and get out go to same area and start again ......the room the one person was yelling out was 222 and then two women got into a fight over who was supposed to be there and who wasn't. This was on Sunday night 4/23/2023. We may or may not stay there again. It's a shame as it could be a very good hotel but our son is concerned about the issue I stated above as he is in law enforcement and says that there has been several complaints for same issues. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

NOPE - I should have kept driving! The pictures must be old because I thought this would be a decent place, then I saw it in person! When I checked in, you walked in the side secured window and could immediately tell this place was run down, but I was tired and I still wanted to give it a chance. When I opened the door to the room, I was blasted with the smell of weed. The room looked old and even more run down (nothing like the photos). The microwave was old and beat up and missing the part that makes it spin. The refrigerator was so degusting looking we were afraid to put anything in it. The bathroom looked like something out of a prison cell, the sink had a huge crack in it like someone's head had been smashed into it, the toilet would barely flush. The bed had some stains on the sheets and the towels looked used and all wrinkled up. This whole experience was just all around disturbing! Don't believe the pictures, like I did, they are very deceiving!

Red Roof Nightmare Do not stay here period. Rude clerks check in/out. Prostitution, partiers all night, smoky rooms, loose dogs in parking lot unleashed. Beds uncomfortable/ disgusting. Stole trailer hitch from our truck.
