HERITAGE INN AND SUITES RIDGE

Great Price, Great Amenities, Great Staff! Had to stay here while our house was being worked on and the staff was so helpful when we needed to extend our stay several times. Coffee and juices always on tap was a huge plus! The room was very spacious and the pool was great. Got use out of the outdoor seating and barbecue as well. The beds are super comfortable and the AC was amazing. I could rave all day about this place, thanks to all the staff for making our stay super smooth.

Low quality hotel not in line with price. Deceiving photos Helpful staff but hotel old and rooms terrible. Extremely noisy as well as we could hear the people upstairs when they were walking. Stained carpets. Furnishings old. Terrible breakfast. Bathroom was very dated - fan extremely noisy. no toiletries available.

Disappointed! Stayed for business activities over 2 days, the front of house staff were great, recommended a good restaurant outside in the carpark (Ales) which suited our needs. The only downside was breakfast the first morning or should I say lack of. A tub of apple Jack's coffee and a yogurt ( large pint of milk to share as small cartons gone too) don't make a breakfast. Appreciate breakfast started at 5am, but we were there at 7am and that was all that was left!! Sorry but not good enough, I was tempted to ask for reduction in hotel rate, but didn't want to embarrass the staff who as I said were great. I'll stay elsewhere when I return early next year, sorry but you were overcharging for what you offered

Clean, desperately needs update This hotel is clean, and dog friendly located adjacent to a subdivision PROs :has refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in room. Basic complimentary breakfast for COVID: cereal, juice, yogurt, packaged pastries Super friendly and helpful front desk staff with EVERY interaction We took the front desk recommendation and ate at Ales steakhouse next door to hotel We found a donut shop waking distance that offered a dozen for less than seven dollars Hotel had a guest laundry with 3 washers and dryers Bed was very comfortable Hotel has a lot of potential and the front desk said it has a new owner that will be making lots of improvements Cons: Hotel is overdue for an update. Examples include: sagging seats in lobby chairs In room 132: missing drawer pull on dresser, chunk of wood missing on desk, very small dated bathroom with only overhead light, very old carpet, door does not close when left open as most hotel doors close Summary: clean hotel when traveling with a dog. Hopefully new owner will make the needed updates

Decent Economical Stay We needed a place for a super quick overnight and had our dog with us. We normally stay at a Marriott property but the dog wasn’t allowed at either of them. So we took a chance here and it surprised us with how decent it was. Room/suite was huge. Everything was really clean. Bed was super comfortable. Large kitchenette with stove (and pots/pans), fridge, and microwave. Big lazy boy style couch. The whole room was a little dated but clean and comfortable - can’t ask for more. The area / neighborhood right around the hotel seemed nice - taking the dog out in the middle of the night felt safe. Restaurant in the parking lot was packed (Fireside Cafe, I think). We will definitely be back as we travel through the area a couple times a year.
