WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WVER!!!!! We booked ahead of time, and got there very late. When we walked the ride kid behind the counter informed me that they gave our king bed room away but would give us the double. When I asked did you just say you have my room away?? And he said yeah, but I’m giving you this other one. I told him, and not very nicely, that that was wrong. He looked me dead in the eye and “ you don’t have to stay here! I said in no uncertain terms, “ you are right. I didn’t have to stay here. I had hundreds of hotels to pick from and picked this one.” He again said I didn’t have to stay there. I asked for his manager, and stared at me like I had 3 heads!!!Then I was told he needed a hundred cash deposit that would be returned if we didn’t trash the room!!!! At this point, it’s after midnight so we stayed. Got up the next day, spoke to the manager, and he literally said” oh well”. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I hope they get shut down. Oh, and the room was nothing special.

Fleas and rude staff The room was infested with thousands of fleas. When I tried to get my money back the desk clerk was rude and refused. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!!!!

Company thieves don't stay. This establishment will require you to give $100 deposit upon checking in and then they will try to give you a reason that is absolutely ridiculous as to why they will keep your deposit the day you check out and unfortunately the Wyndham hotel company guidelines do not offer an appeal process or an option to dispute a establishment owned by Wyndham hotel if they decide to keep any money or deposit a customer / member gives upon checking in if you call customer service or corporate office which I did and request for any information in regards of how you handle a matter like this if the owner manager staff members of that establishment is absolutely in the wrong for keeping your deposit and you have proof of that matter you will be told they do not get involved in disputing deposits or any money issues and there is nothing they can do about it the only thing you can do is take it up with the staff and owner and manager of that establishment s so in short you are basically being told you are going to be robbed and your robbers are the ones you have to complain to about being robbed do not stay at super 8 hotel on Fairlane road in Roanoke Virginia cuz they will absolutely discriminate and keep your deposit. And I'm sure they pick and choose certain classes of customers to keep their deposits and which ones to not in other words I'm highly doubt they will keep the deposit of a well-known doctor or attorney or police officer versus a mother of three that is in the middle of a divorce leaving her abusive husband and has very little money to afford a hotel and used her window rewards points to get a room for the night at no cost cause no problems during her stay and was in tears by the time she left $100 shorter than what she came into the hotel a day earlier all because she does not appeal to their judgments the reason behind keeping my deposit if everyone must know is one picture taken by the staff member of a washcloth that had my makeup on it.

Very disappointed It looks clean on the outside, but inside the rooms are not clean, room had a horrible smell to it, the mini refrigerator did not work, the lid to the toilet tank wasnt even for that tank, the desk was all chipped around the edges. the gentlemen who checked me in, was super nice, but the lady the next morning, seemed to have an attitude, not towards me, but to others. Was very dissappointed, I have stayed in Super 8's before and never had this bad of experience.

Stay away! Rudest people I've ever dealt with. They also own travellodge. So stay away from both facilities . I was treated horribly.
