Room booked online not available, given room next to construction with strong odors. Moved to second room, fair. Mold on Room booked online not available, given another room next to room under construction with strong odors, moved to third room, hallway has strong odor. Fair, mold on refrigerator. Make the best of it. Will not recommend or return to when back in area.

No Room Booked a 3 night stay at the Rochester - Henrietta on June 20, 2023, checking in on June 30, 2023. On June 30, 2023 the day of my arrival I received a call from this fine establishment informing me that they will not be able to keep my reservation. They gave me some BS excuse and that I will be getting a full refund. This was after I was on the road for 5hrs and just 30min to arrive at the Motel. That left me and my family out in Rochester with no place to stay. After 45min making calls to different Motels we found a place. Oh I forgot to mention they were going to see if they could get me accommodation at their sister Motel located at Rochester - Greece, thank God I didn't hold my breath, am still waiting on that call. The topper is they had the nerve to put a no show charge for $113.70 on my credit card the day after my supposedly check-in date. Maybe this all turned out for the best after reading some of the reviews on this place. Watch out for this place. You wont know for sure if you have a room when you get there and they will try to scam you out of your money. READ THE REVIEWS save yourself the headache

good Lord, what happened to this place? needed a quick place to stay off the highway with my son on our travels home. The woman at the front desk was nice. That was the only nice thing about this place. Everything looked rundown, smelled horrendous, smoke, pot… you name it. Rugs were so disgusting. The room looked like somebody took a crowbar to the door. Everything was chipped. Bathrooms are disgusting, cigarette burn holes everywhere. What the hell happened to this place? There was a maxi pad stuck to the inner side door covering the eye hole. My kid wanted to know what that was. I laughed so hard. We ate our fast food lunch and I spent the next 20 minutes trying to find a place where I didn’t feel like I was going to get mugged. We put our stuff back in the car and left in 20 minutes, what a dump! My fault for not reading any reviews at the last minute decision.

Avoid this hotel AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!! If I can give this hotel 0 star, I will. I stayed one night (thank God, it's only one night!) in ESA, Rochester NY. This hotel is disgusting. Room smells. Carpet is icky, I don't dare to walk barefoot. One of the lamps is not working. The fridge is rusty. No utensils/plates. I booked a room with 2 double beds, and I got a queen bed instead (there are 3 of us. How the heck, will 3 adults fit in a queen bed?). I requested for beddings once, so that at least one of my companions will be able to sleep on the floor. Didn't get it the first time, so after an hour or so, I went back to reception and asked again. And this hotel is not cheap at all. It's even more expensive compared to a Marriot hotel in same area, but I'm unfortunately not able to book because it's fully booked when I've been looking for a hotel that will accept dogs. On a side note, the manager did try to move me to a different location, but given that it's college move-in week, there's no available room in their other location as well. It's a nightmare to stay here. But I don't have a choice but to suck it up since the other hotels in the area are fully booked. Never again. I will never, ever book a room in this hotel again, regardless if it's in different location. Worst stay I've ever experienced. And I've stayed in a lot of hotels because I travel a lot.

Worst hotel ever I’ve never had a reservation at a worse hotel. They don’t even have a bathroom in the lobby. I had to pee outside after I arrived because I had driven a long way, had to go, and there was a line to check in. Then when I was finally able to check in, they told me they were out of the two bed room I reserved. The manager was so mean. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself a horrible experience and stay elsewhere
