SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Rocklin

Best group of people that has excellent customer service. They all work very well together. I Shannon and my girlfriend Kristina have been staying at the sure stay motel in Rocklin CA. Everyone that works there are such great people and fantastic customer service. They all go the extra mile for anyone and everyone. Their breakfast is good. They have a good variety of food. My girlfriend and I appreciate the staff very much. They all deserve a raise. I give them all 5 Stars.

Clean,excellent customer service and the best overall I really like all the staff they are all very personable and helpful. They make things so easy when checking in espe islly April and Andre and im sure its from good management team especially Heather . Im always impressed how she handles what seem to be problems but really arent. The maids and maintenance people are all good too. Very friendly and always busy. I will conti ue staying here as long as i i use hotels in this area.

Very friendly clean and polite Hands down one of the most friendliest people here! April made my check in so easy! I will definitely be back!! The pool is amazing! The rooms are nice and clean and the shower is amazing! We will definitely book here again! It’s not easy to find a good experience

Good stay, even with noise We stayed recently after a concert, and booked a second night in a few months for another concert. Everything was as expected. the even number rooms face the highway, which we heard off and on all night. The other thing that kept us up was the doors slamming - not out of anger, they just seem heavy and thats how they all swing closed. If you're a light sleeper, you want an odd numbered room away from the highway….not sure hot to resolve the door slamming noise.

Just no I'll start with the positive -- the staff was very friendly and attentive. They also offered a good selection of items during breakfast each morning. Other than that everything else was bad. Our room was horrible. The drawers were dated and dirty inside. It was so bad that we didn't put any clothes in the drawers. And the desk chair was dirty and had cigarette holes in it. It appeared that my bedsheets or at least the pillow cases weren't changed because there was hair that was not mine on the pillow case. It was just gross. The room door isn't properly lined so smoke from the hallway constantly filled into our room. I ended up stuffing extra pillow case covers in the cracks of the door to keep the smoke from coming in. If all of that wasn't bad enough, what finally got us to say the heck with this and check out in the middle of the night on the 3rd night, was the bugs and roach!! There were several bugs crawling on the floor and there was a huge roach in the bathroom sink. We got up and left right then. I was visiting family for a graduation and just went to stay with them that night and then booked a room at a great hotel for my last night. I will never in life stay at this property again. It was dreadful. Just to note, we were refunded for that night and the last night that we had left, rightfully so.
