Stay away! The pillows are gross stained, bedding and sheets, toilet paper roll used, tub dirty, floors full of dirt, fridge was not working, microwave dirty, we cleaned out own room checked in late and wasn't offered another room. In fact we bought cleaning supplies to clean it. This is the worst experience. I woke up with bites all over me too. I told management both days they did not seem to even care.

Motel 6 is better 11 PM been driving all night I stopped here to meet a friend, so I called ahead and made the reservation.Never read the reviews nor did I see the place.I got here and I told my wife I don’t see any difference between this and the Motel 6. I refused to go to Motel 6 because they’re all wore out still stuck in the 80s. And there’s usually nasty losers .$180 dollars for one night curtains are tore and ripped and hanging down, holes in the wall, the place smells musty like dirt. Are you kidding me. we went to the desk for a refund and to go somewhere else but nobody was at the desk they won’t answer the phone.it’s too late now just gonna go to sleep. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Please read and Believe the reviews honest.

Cheated Had a non-refundable reservation, however they broke the contract by telling me that they did not have the suite reserved available. (One of three or four rooms with a spa, depending who you talk with.) They lied and are now telling me that they had a room available and I was a no-show. The crooked employees, are doing their best to avoid refunding my credit card. No understanding of customer service or ethics. You would be surrounded by better people in a homeless camp.

Nasty, dirty hotel with corrupt management This is a nasty, filthy place with corrupt management. And, hotels.com whom we booked this with was absolutely of no help and I will never use hotels.com or Expedia who owns hotels.com. We did get our money back via our credit card company with a disputed claim. I also had photos to back up my claim. On June 24, 2021, at the Rocklin Park Hotel, 5450 China Garden Rd, Rocklin, CA, I was the victim of an orchestrated scam by one or more hotel staff. Here are the details: My sister and I checked into the Rocklin Park Hotel. The exterior looked nice and it was booked through Hotels.com for a one night stay. However the interior was dirty. The first room that was assigned to us was in an adjacent building with dirty hallway carpeting littered with paper bits and other small debris. The room itself was OK but the bed was wrinkled as if someone had slept on it. That building was isolated with no sign of other life so for safety reasons we asked to be assigned to another room in the main building. When we went to check into the second room, room 404, it was a storage room full of hotel furniture stacked top to bottom as some rooms were under renovation, although we did not see any workers or work equipment in any hallways. So the third room that was assigned to us was room 307 (the room where the allegations were made) on the first floor wing in the main building. Both my sister and I are non-smokers but as soon as we entered the room we smelled stale old tobacco smoke. When we opened the window to allow fresh air we could see many cigarette butts outside the window alongside a pair of blue men’s underwear. Some of the furniture in the room was in very poor condition and the blanket was tattered with holes. After having tried the first two rooms, at that point we realized we had to make do since it was only for one night. That evening, my sister and I departed the hotel to eat out and when we returned, the “maid” and another male (presumed hotel employee) were sitting dead center on the front entrance steps smoking cigarettes. We checked out in mid-morning the next day (June 25, 2021). At the time of checkout, the only other additional charge was a pending $100.00 deposit. Sometime during that same afternoon I received a text message indicating that additional charges of $150.00 had been posted to my Chase Visa charge card for a total amount of $250.00. I called the hotel and was told by the desk clerk that, when cleaning the room, the “maid” had smelled smoke in the room and determined that the smoke detector was damaged. The “maid" told the desk clerk that the smoke detector was turned off and damaged so that no alarm would be sounded when smoking occurred in the room. I told her that was untrue, that neither my sister nor I were smokers, and that the room already smelled of stale smoke when we checked in. The desk clerk (female), whose name I did not get, stated that we should have reported the smoke smell when we initially checked in the room.SHE STATED THAT IT WAS OUR WORD AGAINST THE MAID. I returned to the hotel several days later when I was back in Rocklin. At that time, I went to the back of the hotel outside of the room where we stayed so I could take photos of the cigarette butts littering the area outside the window. The blue men’s underwear were still there.
