Great property, great staff! Great property, very new, staff is nice and friendly, great location and price! Lots of things nearby, staff is super friendly and rooms are new and spotless. Easy drive from airport, nice gym and restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here.

Worst stay ever!!! When we first got here the front desk lady was very rude, she did not tell us where the elevator was we had to go looking for it our self's. When we went to shower there was no hot water barely warm on the hottest setting. Went down to front desk to ask and they told us it would be fixed Monday it was a Saturday but when asked for a credit since no hot water we were laughed at and told no way. The pool was closed on our trip along with the buissines center. One elevator has stopped working. We had to go down to get our key card fixed multiple times. People beside us had to get a whole new fridge. Breakfast is not included bit I wouldn't eat their since there is no hot water to clean the dishes. Please don't stay here

Horrible Stay! Had a horrible stay at this hotel. Paid a premium to stay in a room with a whirlpool tub that did not work. When departing the hotel the next morning, requested a technician come fix it and that never happened and no update was provided. Had to go down to the lobby 4 different times to get our key card reactivated as there was some issue in the hotel with key cards. The water for the shower did not get hot on the hottest setting (barely warm). Was not told when we checked in, that housekeeping was upon request so no clean towels when we got back from sightseeing. Asked for a credit when we checked out as I wouldn't have booked a suite if I knew the whirlpool wasn't going to work. Was told that only a manager could do that and no manager was available. Was then told by a manager later that day that they could only give me hilton points because my account was closed since I checked out. So basically I couldn't get the credit I requested because no one was available and since I checked out, then I am denied the credit. Makes no sense. I also never got an email confirming any points were provided. Paid $550 for 2 nights and what a disappointing stay. Hilton just lost a customer for life.

Room broken in to, management indifferent about event Came back to hotel after a days work to find my toilet seat up, urine I the bowl, bed messed up and a bag of food which was not mine on the bar. Called front desk to find out who had been in my room when there was a “do not disturb” sign on the door. Said they couldn’t tell me as there was only one person who could look that up and he was out of state at the time. Manager was completely indifferent regarding the situation. Needless to say I am shocked to receive this response from a Hilton property!!! In 20 years of traveling monthly for business I have NEVER had this happen!! And the response was pathetic at best. Would not recommend this property. Several other better options in the area. Stay here at your own risk!!

Reasonable breakfast I was here for my high-school 50 yr reunion. The hotel facilities were very nice and my room just down from the banquet rooms. Room and bed comfortable. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced. I was able to get an omlette, meat side, potatoes, toast, fruit, tea and orange juice for my diamond $10.00 allotment including tip. Have not been at many HGI where that us the case.
