Remodeled. Perfect stay and super low price! Just stayed here for the night. I was almost hesitant because of so many bad reviews but I’m guessing this place really turned things around as I believe it was recently remodeled. We had a perfect stay. Lovely office, friendly check in. Property is well lit and plenty of parking. Seemed like a perfectly safe area. Our room was impeccably clean top to bottom. Super comfy king bed with plenty of pillows. Room has fridge but no microwave. Secure, deadbolt along with two other locks. Plenty of food places right nearby. Walking distance to casino (.5 mile). An absolute bargain for the price. I’m actually wondering if they will be raising rates due to the remodel. If you are looking for a place to stay for the casino, you cannot beat this place.

Nightmare Inn The rooms don’t look anything like the photos on the site. A/C did not work in 1st room, moved to another, which wasn’t better. They never serviced my room, no coffee machine or breakfast here. They charged my card twice, which did not release for 10 days AFTER I checked out. Dirty grounds, elevator and I could hear neighbors all hours of the night. No sleeping here.

Crap place and crap service They overbooked us and simply cancelled the reservation. We had 4 families staying there and gave no consideration to the fact that we have so many people staying there. The punk working the front desk should be fired as he didn’t even apologize for anything. Just “cancelled” us. Would never stay here or recommend. You may book it but get left stranded

not ready for prime time My stay of Fri 12JAN24/1 nt : This property was previously Good Night Inn, a budget brand of lodging. It is now under the Choice Hotels banner (as a Comfort Inn, I believe) and being renovated. I booked a room using the choicehotels.com website, under the name 'Inn at Rohnert Park', and when I booked, I chose a King bed room which included, in the listing, a fridge and microwave, as I had food which required refrigeration and which I was planning to heat up for dinner. (This info I copied from the hotel's listing in choicehotels.com site: "We also have a microwave and refrigerator in each room for your convenience.") The Front Desk agent told me that NONE of the rooms have a microwave. He was nice as could be, and very patient, but I was quite upset. Because of no way to make my dinner, I requested an adjustment in the rate. The front desk said I'd need to contact the GM. As I walked from the elevator to my designated room, night time, I passed room after room with wide open curtains, and unmade beds with all the bedding heaped on each one. My microwaveless room was clean and reasonably comfortable for one night. In my opinion, the property should be CLOSED until renovations are completed, and the description on the Choice Hotels website matches what the hotel offers. (the young man at the Front Desk was terrific : professional and patient with an upset customer (me), and with other customers who checked in while I was waiting. He did offer the use of a microwave in the Laundry Room (!), which he had to come unlock for me. This tiny micro was filled with spilled chocolate milk.(!) He then offered to heat up my food in the back-office's microwave, which was very kind..(but, seems he might've offered this from the git-go)). Anyway: book elsewhere until fully renovated.

Battle of the ants .. without coffee Judging by the pictures that this facility posted, I assumed it would be nice and clean for the price. I didn’t expect super fancy.I did however expect clean..I was just looking for a place for my family and I to lay our heads while we were in town visiting family …when we first walked in it seem to be all right noticed ,there was no microwave and no coffee pot ???and there were ants on the table. We cleaned off the table and went about our business for the day . the next morning at 9:15. My husband went to look for coffee in the lobby and found some went to go grab a refill about 15 minutes later and they said we’re out of coffee and he said no problem. I’ll wait and the gal said oh we’re not doing any more coffee today ..WTH? and then Monday morning he went down at 9:30 to grab a cup of coffee and they said that they were not doing ANY coffee that day !!!??? Grrrr we continue to battle the ants we had no room service found garbage under the bed definitely will not stay here again you definitely get what you pay for and in this instance it’s definitely not worth it.
