Horrible experience with this disgusting hotel. It was the most disgusting experience I have ever had at a hotel. I called the hotel in advance to be sure they offered a continental breakfast and to ensure we could schedule their shuttle to take us to the airport when needed. We checked in and first noticed the clientele. I quickly knew I had made a mistake booking a room here. The place stunk. At check-in, I tried to schedule our airport shuttle. I was told it runs from the hotel only every hour, and they couldn't do anything other than that. I was told they have a recurring problem with some employees giving incorrect information on the phone. Next, I asked about their free continental breakfast. That also turned out to be a lie. I was told there would be no breakfast because they were doing remodeling work. Next, I went to our room. G R O S S ! Something was smeared across the TV set, which would not operate correctly. The remote control had no back on it and had two cheap batteries held in place with scotch tape. In the bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper was sitting on the bathroom counter because the paper holder was broken. The hair dryer is on the bathroom counter rather than mounted on the wall on its bracket. It's broken and does not work. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Holes had been poked into the drywall ceiling. The mattress was horrible, with a huge slope toward the center of the bed. Obviously, we didn't get much sleep that night. We were too grossed out to shower in the room, so we left early and continued to catch our flight. We tried to discuss our displeasure with the morning front desk person. She was full of attitude but didn't have a single apology for us. If this room were free, I would not stay there again.

Nasty. Dirty and no breakfast available This is the filthiest Quality Inn and Suites I have ever seen and the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in (and we spent 8 weeks traveling India on the cheap in 2017). Before I made the reservation (not refundable) I called to ask about breakfast and needing a 2 bed handicap room.. whomever I spoke with assured me they serve breakfast and had a two bedroom handicapped suite with a roll in shower..THE DON’T OFFER EITHER.. It’s a filthy room.. the lobby and hallway are filthy and decrepit, they excuse that saying they are renovating but using a vacuum or broom at the end of the construction day is generally expected.. We are in room 108, it’s poorly maintained and dirty with burn holes in the blankets, nasty brown stains all along the mattress cover, hole in the bathroom door and dirt/filth in the corners and edges of the room.. just nasty.. it’s NOT a quality hotel it’s a filthy crackhouse :-(

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! DO NOT STAY HERE !! Like they say you get what you pay for, you pay cheap the experience is def gonna be cheap. There is no breakfast , no gym area the two things they advertise on the site . The hotel is under construction so it look a seen out of a horror movie. The front counter is super messy wit papers and folders. THE TV DOESNT HAVE ANY CHANNELS THAT WORK, glad we had cell phones .There was a big whole in the bathroom ceiling where a vent light something was suppose to go . THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE OWNED BY SOMEONE WHO CARES SBOUT THERE CUSTOMERS CAUSE AINT NOWAY SOMEONE CARES AND THE HOLYEL UNTER THIS TYPE OF CONDITION.

Seriously AWFUL! DO NOPT STAY HERE! This motel is AWFUL! Supposedly under construction but nothing was being worked on. They advertise free breakfast - forget that! The ice machines either do not work or do not have a tray to hold the bucket. The entrance is uneven and an accident is waiting to happen! The coffe pot in the lobby had a half a cup of COLD cofee! The TV did not work! The electirc panel under the TV came out of the wall when items were being unplugged! The toilet paper holder was missing and tp was just sitting on the counter. The worst was the MOLD in the coffee maker in the room. The best part was the ability to leave your car anywhere in the parking lot if you buy the sleep park fly package. DO NOT STAY HERE!

never again The font area is a mess and The AM receptionist was rude bot times I had any dealings with her. It seemed like I was a problem that she had to deal with. I did not get her name. The tv in the bedroom did not work at all and the blinds fell of the window. The bed had a burn hoe in the blanket and the sheet looked like it was not changed from thr prioe guest. I never leave bad remarks but thiw was terriable. I we told to ask about my car that I left keys for and then was told its where you parked it with a very sarcastic tone. The girl at the front desk needs some clclass on customer service.
