A great stay! Awesome rooms that were clean and comfortable! The hot breakfast was great. Friendly, helpful staff and convenient location! I only wish we’d have had time to use the lovely indoor pool.. but, unfortunately we just didn’t have enough time. It looked like it would have been fun!

Relaxing and great biking location Less than 1 mile to bike trails. Conveniently located. Responsive staff. Pool and hot tub were disappointing. Great breakfast. Front desk staff were very welcoming the entire time of our stay, not just check-in. Property was clean. Adequate security.

Best budget stay for vacationing in sacramento Besides it's competitive price, it is a great place to stay when visiting sacramento on vacation..its location is walkable to most attractions. Its very clean, fluffy white towels, decent breakfast, very secured n free secured parking. Front desk staff is very helpful too.

Cold, Unfriendly Front Desk Staff In our travels, we've found that most of the large hotel chains are pretty much all the same. With some exceptions, you will usually get a comfortable room, breakfast, if offered, will not be gourmet, but it will keep you going to lunch, and there are so many hotels around that you will probably always be able to find one close to where you need to be. So, for us, it's the hotel's staff and how they treat us that makes for a good stay. Based on those criteria, this Comfort Inn fails miserably. On check-in, we had to deal with one of the most cold, unfriendly, unpleasant women we've ever encountered. Now, we don't expect a hug and kiss when we arrive, but a smile and some kind of welcoming pleasantry shouldn't be too much to ask for. Our check-out experience was much the same, with our request for a receipt met with a huge sigh and an eye roll. After spending over $200.00 for a one-night stay, a simple thank you doesn't seem too much to ask. Our room was clean and comfortable, the young woman overseeing breakfast was friendly and smiley, but our encounters with the two front desk ladies really tainted our visit. We definitely won't be back.

So-so A mixed review here. The place was nice enough, and the room adequate. Access is definitely a pain with only being able to get in via southbound Howe Ave. One way traffic means you have to exit southbound to Folsom Blvd (and no U turn allowed to go northbound). Not a big deal unless you are in traffic (which in Sacramento happens a lot these days) - it can take 20-30 minutes to get in/out of the hotel and heading to your destination or accessing the hotel. Breakfast is so-so with reconstituted eggs and microwaves sausage. Not a business-class hotel.
