Disappointing Have stayed here half a dozen times in the last two years. The cleanliness and up keep of rooms is not up to par with Marriott expectations. Blow dryers shooting sparks, bath tubs with standing water and peeling paint IN the tub, broken fridge dials, missing ice buckets, phones with no labels....

Filthy, cockroaches, unchanged bedding, used socks in drawers, room was not cleaned or replenished We booked a last minute stay and though we are grateful for service of the front desk, we are horrified by the conditions of our room. We found a live cockroach(!!!) black mold stains on the ceilings, dirty bathroom, used socks in the drawers, a live cockroach, and most horrifying was the filthy sheets, and they didn’t replenish the bathroom. They only had two towels! We got new bedding at 10 pm but it was hastily folded and we are unsure if it was even clean since there were crumbs on that too. We had to ask for another bed set for the other bed and the man seemed utterly annoyed and angry for the inconvenience. Our bedding had hair, fresh lip stick stains and black crumbs all over our bed. I couldn’t believe they would give us a room that was not cleaned. This location should be investigated for unethical and unsanitary conditions. We stayed on June 19-20 in room #304

Save yourself the time and trouble Staff is rude as hell here and completely unprofessional. They don't care about their customers at all. It was so bad we left early then contacted member rewards. Gold elite status here and would never come back here.

Great Stay - Giselle Took Care of Us Stay was excellent at the Mariott while staying to work nearby the office! Giselle took phenomenal care of us at check-in, helping us with a late check-out around my work meetings. Room was clean (love the sanitation seal on the doors), love the product line for shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Overall great stay, wonderful hotel and perfect location for the purpose of our stay. 10/10 will stay again!

Old facility. No frills. The good... Front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. after a long drive from Oakland in heavy traffic, check-in was a breeze. The room was reasonably comfortable. Plenty of water pressure in the shower, and the hot water came immediately. Wi-Fi was super fast. Needs improvement... The room is missing one key amenity that every modern hotel on the planet has--USB charger plugs. I forgot my USB charger brick, and the hotel had none. TV is small and a bit out of date. It is a flat screen TV, but for the size of the room, and as compared to most other courtyard Marriott, the TV was tiny. Elevators are rickety. The elevator seems like it could die at anytime. the building only have three floors. when the elevator arrives at your floor, it stops, the light turns off on the button, and nothing happens. After several pushes of the floor button and the open door button the door finally opens. Safety signage in the building is strange. I have friends who are deaf. And I frequently stay in hotels with them. This is taught me to be very conscious of safety precautions for deaf and hearing-impaired. There is a sign at the entrance that says "Alarm sounds like three tones. Alarm looks like a speaker." But they are obviously trying to say is that if you hear three tones oh, you were hearing the alarm. But for the deaf and hearing-impaired, the person is not looking for a speaker, they are looking for the blinking strobe light above the speaker. I know this sounds like a little thing, but it could mean a lot for a deaf person who has never stayed in a hotel. overall, this courtyard was a bit of a disappointment. It's jammed together with two other Marriott properties at the end of an unattractive cul-de-sac. Signs leading to the Courtyard are hard to find. This hotel seems like a bit of an afterthought.
