These are my and my families opinions about our stay here. Staff has been very helpful and super friendly. The room has been comfortable. However, it does need to be updated. Other than that, I haven't had much of an issue. Very friendly staff. My children are comfortable and have made friends here as well, so if you're looking for a kid friendly place to stay, I recommend this place.

Adequate for a Night Place to put your head for the night. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Bathtub surround was a new one piece, so looks new, felt clean and fresh. Since COVID, if you do want any kitchen supplies at an Extended Stay America, you must request those items. Had to ask for shampoo as well and they were out. It was convenient to the airport about 15 min. away with no traffic. Had coffee and nutrigrain bars for breakfast.

Prepare for bug bites Do not, and I repeat, do not stay here. It is recommended to stay here during government/state business, and it is completely dangerous. It is an exterior hotel and there were multiple urban campers sleeping on the walkway that you had to step over to get into the room. roaches and mice droppings in the rooms. Do not stay here if you don't have to. Drive the extra 10 miles and stay in North Natomas. The government gave motel vouchers for these rooms during urban camper relocating.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If I could give this hotel zero (or even negative stars) I would. Driving into the property, there were many RV's lining the street, which was my first clue I was not in a great area. The first person I saw when I went to park in front of the office was a Security Guard - a red flag. It was not a great check-in experience. The young lady in the dirty office had to put her personal phone call on hold to check me in. This is a hotel where many people are living...the weed small permeated the entire property. There were kids outside playing, etc. Long story short, I left the hotel before even finding my room as it seemed 100% unsafe.
