Wonderful little hotel with wonderful staff Hotel Med Park is not fancy, but it was perfect for us. It really is the perfect place to stay if you have a family member at UC Davis Medical Center. Everything was clean (except perhaps the carpeting in the hallways), the beds were very good, the rooms were really nice, and most importantly, the hosts were so warm and thoughtful in accommodating us and our uncertain schedule. We were staying there because a family member was on life support, and the staff treated us so wonderfully. It really was exactly what we needed. We were very grateful for everything about the hotel and the staff.

Gross hotel and uncaring staff/managment A horrible experience. A gross, old hotel with terrible staff and management. It is especially disappointing, given the community they serve. After a challenging day attending to family at the hospital, it would be nice to come back to a welcoming place where you could actually get some comfort and sleep. Please go elsewhere.

Ok place I would describe this place as a small boutique type hotel. The room was typical double queen, mini fridge, standard size room. The water pressure was pretty low in the shower. Overall the room was just average. There was a small gym with a treadmill and some weights, it worked fine for me since i just ran. There is a small parking garage with very tight corners you need to maneuver around. There is a breakfast with rolls, toast, some fruit, oatmeal, and you can make waffles.

Meh Really mediocre experience. We didn't have any towels in our room when we arrived. The breakfast room's juice machine wasn't working and the oatmeal must have been expired, it was so hard. The fitness room didn't have any water, the TV didn't work and was missing one of two multi-weight dumbbells. The below-level parking is tricky, too. I guess if your primary reason for staying here is proximity to the Med Center or Shriners, then it's worth it. Otherwise, meh.

Nice staff, dirty and loud hotel We had a very warm and welcoming check in experience. The free underground parking was safe and convenient. The hotel is very secure. Upon going upstairs to our room, we walked down the dirtiest hotel hallway I’ve ever been in. The carpet needs replaced but at the very least a vacuum would go a very long way. I would guess the hallways and stairwells have not been vacuumed in weeks. The room was a little more updated but the bathroom walls and mirror were dirty with water, toothpaste and grime. It appears it had been surfaced cleaned but needs to be wiped down and deep cleaned. The walls were filthy! The bed was comfy but the pillows were small, square and lumpy. I was glad to have four pillows per bed because a couple weren’t useable. One of the pillow cases had makeup on it. I had several half used and dirty bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the bathroom counter. One bottle was even sticky to the touch. The room was so loud all night! We heard every car driving by, horns, trucks, yelling! If you stay, ask for an interior room away from the street. The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the kindness of the staff. I would not stay here again.
