Will Stay Again! B-day, Easter, Fam Weekend. Loved sun coming through the front window in the Morn! Safe, Easy to get to, Loved having lots of Counter space, Shower, and cozy night light. Very Comfortable and came back at night after a hectic day to a cleaned room, freshly made bed.. sooo surpised! A lot of motels do not do this except if you stay a week! Friendly service.. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Great Stay!

Liked it! We had a one night stay here after the SNHU graduation and it was a good stay. I liked the layout of the rooms and how close the location was to alot of things such as shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and they had donuts, coffee and orange juice for breakfast in their lobby area. Was worth the trip, though my friends whom had another room prefer the other hotel we stayed the night prior.

CLEAN, QUIET & COMFORTABLE I had a very satisfactory stay here while attending the New England Cigar Expo. The room with a queen size bed in #34 was spacious & exceptionally clean.Shower stayed hot enough & the refrigerator and microwave worked fine. Television & selection of channels more than adequate. Mary’s Diner around the corner is in walking distance or a short drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again while in the area.

Horrible stay Been staying here few years was yearly vacation stay . This was worst experience ever. Very rude staff didn’t care about concerns. Housekeeping was horrible didn’t clean rooms nor make beds, leave fresh towels or take trash out. Had go office repeatedly ask for towel and state concerns all you get is smirk. Water pressure horrible tub wouldn’t even fill up. Will never stay there again obviously staff doesn’t care about guests. Several guests talk to had complained about no air conditioning went without no 24 hour maintenance.

There’s a big BUT My husband and I stayed for a week at the end of June into July. The location was very good based on our needs. There is an excellent center across the street for shopping/dining. We even saw fireworks right outside our door. The room was basically clean (not immaculate) but smelled of cigarettes, I bought and used an entire bottle of Febreeze throughout our stay. I think the majority of the smell was coming from the comforter, which made me wonder how often it’s washed. Not sure what their definition is of ”beautifully landscaped grounds” and “newly renovated.” I did not see anything I would call beautifully landscaped - some of the building fronts were overgrown while others had nothing (ours). Not a big deal, but if you’re going to put it on your website I’m going to mention it. Our room (see pics) has not seen an update in quite some time. The wallpaper was peeling, the hair dryer was circa 1960 maybe, furniture falling apart, etc. Again, if you’re going to say “newly renovated” on your website the reality should match. If there are units that have been newly renovated, then the website should say “undergoing renovations.” We only interacted with staff at check-in and to ask for extra pillows. They gave us brand new pillows with no pillow cases. So, kinda weird but there you go. The a/c worked, which was great, but very old and noisy. So overall, a good location, the room was ok, but maybe someone should update the website so future guests are not disappointed. Nothing looked close to the pictures they have posted. Nothing I saw looked “beautifully landscaped” or “newly renovated.”
