Angelica's staff are trained, patient and kind. Rooms are clean, well kept and the building's structure's is SOLID. Over the past years I've needed to stay at a motel for a variety of reasons. I made the choice of the Salem Red Roof Inn each and every time, based upon my previous visits. Manager Angelica has always treated me very well!! I can say only GOOD comments !!

Worst hotel on planet earth dirty, sketchy, unsafe! All homeless people, drug addicts and hookers. Please circle the place constantly room. Was so disgusting, my daughter would not sleep in the bed slept in a chair bathroom door was broken. Toilet was broken, shower was filthy. There was human extremist on the floor next to the bed. Seemed like it was left by prostitute. Whole place was absolutely horrible. Worst place I've ever stayed. Girl at the front desk was a pro. She should be getting paid huge money to deal with all of the maniacs at that hotel. She knew her job well and did it even better. She was the only respectable part of that hotel. I think her name was Angelica paradise and she should be head hunted by a better hotel. I hope I'm giving the right person credit. She was an intelligent quick-witted in charge type of person, and an easy on the eyes black women.(only describing her to try and give the correct person credit) However Something tells me she is the only competent person or thing at that establishmeant regardless of her description, anyone would recognize her by the fact she is great and nothing else there is!!! Oh almost forgot Toilet seat was broken so you had to hover above, not that you would trust it to sit on and not give you a disease anyway, ice machine was obviously broken. Prostitution offered multiple times and asked by multiple people if I had drugs (as if they didn't already have their own!) Great place if u just robbed a bank or killed someone and want to blend in!

Red Roof Salem has rats That's right, avoid this place at all costs. The place is full of hood rats.We got there early morning and left around 3pm.Hard to sleep when you have hood rats yelling at each other all day.I could only imagine what happens there at night.I had to get out of bed a couple of times because people were wiggling our door know to see if it was open. For real, place is a joke.

Disregards do NOT disturb signs Disregards do not disturb sign after three days. They will come in regardless. I find this invasive and unnecessary risk of spreading germs on top of it. Rooms could definitely be cleaner. Generally there are people in the parking lot after work hanging out, eating, and drinking. Thankfully I was not hassled at all by any other guests. Police presence. Cameras on site.
