Dated and Good Deal This is a review specific to the price range and advertised level of hotel class which is fair. If it were based only on the reception kindness it would be 5 stars! Nancy and Sadie were friendly and accommodating! It appears that this was once an active conference center that is now in a quieter and in a dated status. It has potential to be revived as the layout is grand and fun. We were provided a conference room for a private video appointment. Thank you especially to the ladies for the warm welcome, that matters most of all over bling any day.

Bad reviews are accurate So you know, the pool has been closed indefinitely. Owner said the insurance and licensing is too much burden. We stayed only for pricing and a night of sleep. Hope we didn’t bring any bed bugs home. Wish I read that review. Our room had no heat, no blankets and not even a shower curtain. The TV was broken when we got there but they were able to get it working. Breakfast is terrible. All the upgrades mentioned are nowhere to be seen. Must be secluded to a single area restricted for sales. Groupon, Booking and Expedia need to stop selling rooms for this hotel.

Never stay here! This was by far the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was dirty! The hotel looked like an abandoned hotel. There were hardly any people around. The people we did see looked very sketchy. We got this hotel off of Hotwire. It should not be offered as an option to book. Everything about this hotel is awful. Stay far away.

BED BUGS - DO NOT STAY Traveling through to CO with a group of friends, we needed a place to stay that had plenty of parking for trailers. The hotel is NOT well maintained. When we arrived a bystander drove up and told us not to stay at the hotel as there has been reports of bed bugs. I asked the front desk about it and they said it was posted by a disgruntled employee and the hotel had been check out. Well, that was not the case. When we got to our room, housekeeping looked like they had lunch on our bed as their were crumbs on our bed. I guarantee they do not change the sheets after each use, they just re-make the bed. When we woke up, our bed had bed bugs in it. It was totally disgusting. Another couple had pubic hairs in their bed and had to be moved to another room. You almost had to sleep with one eye open the entire night as the hotel remind you of the shining with a bunch of riff raff that roams outside the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Never Judge A Book By It's Cover. I usually always check reviews for any and all things, but this time against my better judgement I went by the pictures alone. Shame on me. The lobby smells like stale blood and rust. The pool had no water in it. The room we were given looked like some one had just used it and the bed was quickly put back together. The room was so disgusting. Called the young lady at the front desk so that we can be switched. Switched to another room which was just as bad as the last. Called Booking.com where they gladly cancelled our reservation, our money was refunded and we got out of there before anything could attach itself to our luggage. Lesson to me, REVIEWS do matter. This isn't a place you want to bring your family, trust me....it definitely wasn't good enough for mine.
