Avoid - the worst hotel ever We should have realised this was a big mistake the moment we arrived. The picture of the hotel is totally false. It is shown as a colourful exterior when in fact it is a drab gray. Total misrepresentation. The lobby is completely soulless and depressing - not somewhere you would want to spend time. The rooms are clean but the smallest Comfort Inn & Suites we have ever stayed in. If there are two people in the room you are continually having to dodge each other as you move around. For the whole hotel there is one luggage cart and you have to hunt it down or wait for somebody else to finish with it. The promised pool is out of order until further notice and there is no guest restroom on the first floor - that is also out if order. The "free" breakfast is an absolute joke - the worst by a large margin on our 24 night road trip. It was so meagre and unappealing we went to the nearby McD. As you might guess we were so happy to leave this sorry apology for a Comfort Inn.

Front office staff very unaccommodating Booked 2 rooms with Choice points. Got to the hotel and found out the pool was closed which is one of the main reasons we went there. Canceled at the desk and got my points back and tried to find another hotel with pool open and could not. Called back 15 minutes later from the In and Out on the same street and asked if I could go ahead and re-book with points as I had my Choice app up and it said 2 rooms were available. She said "no" we sold your rooms. I asked why they were still showing available and she said they just did not take them down from the Choice website yet. So I hang up and my daughter immediately called on her phone and wella, rooms are magically available. Drove over and walked in with my daughter. The girls face at the front desk dropped and my daughter said I just called and you had rooms and she kind of muttered that they just happened to have a cancellation. Apparently she must have had two cancellations in the last 5 minutes. She said that is $240 a night per room. I hit enter on the Choice app and booked with points which did not seem to make her too happy. Asked if there was any breakfast and she said there is nothing. Asked if they at least have coffee like the other Choice hotels have at least had and she answered with an abrupt no. In my opinion this hotel is way overpriced for the not so great location and lack of pool and free breakfast and the rooms were small and not great either. I can't believe they called them suites. Smaller then most Comfort Suites. Small refrigerator with no freezer like other suites. Also had ants crawling all over the bathroom and window seal of our room and ants also in my daughters room. These rooms were definitely not worth $240 a night.

Worst experience ever, I hope the front desk agent should learn how is to work on Hospitality If I could give a cero star I would, I reserve my hotel through Expedia, after that I went to the hotel to check in on May 30 th at 5:30 pm, the front desk agent was sitting down on the back of the front not even noticing the guest, I started to talk first, I work on Hotel industry for about 6 years already and the best hotels in Miami BeachBut I have never seen such as disrespectful attention from this person, I check in with her and this was for two night, business related, but it seems that my card got declined the second time that she went through because I’m from Miami and my it did not authorized the second transaction, I spoke with the agent and I told her that I will talk with my teller at the bank to see what happened with that transaction she actually solve the issue, I went to tell the front desk that My card was ready to go and she already cancel my room without my authorization, I wanted to stay there and she was speaking with the manager which they told me to go to other hotel around, what kind of manager does that, she only had me as a guest and she through my out and my partner without getting any response, please I will like to get answers about this situation, I will never go back there, and I will not recommended to anyone, I will make sure this happen. I went to Hollidays inn at least they are doing perfectly well with their stuff

Visiting Family My husband and I stayed 2 nights in a King room. The room met our needs. We had a refrigerator and coffee maker. Coffee was better at breakfast since there was cream and milk. Pillows on bed were lumpy. Breakfast was good especially the waffles. We would stay again.
