Not as bad as people say Front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was very clean and everything worked as intended. Carpet was clean, bathroom was spotless, sheets were clean. It was far better than I expected. But it IS an older motel and it's age is showing. a refresh is overdue. But the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. I would book again.

Not for families Bed and room were clean. Shower water couldn’t heat past lukewarm. Do NOT stay here if you have children—it just doesn’t feel like a safe area/environment. If you need a cheap place to stay solo within walking distance of Trax, this place may work for you.

Worst stay EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! ___ This room smelled like smoke and mold. There was stains in our bedsheets and the carpet was dirty. I felt unsafe and thought I was going to get mugged. The elevator floor was so dirty that my feet stuck to it and it smelled horrible. This was the worst stay ever!!!!!!!! ________________________________

Terrible Hotel First, these pictures do NOT depict the hotel at all. My Sister and I just stayed there this past weekend. It is VERY dirty, lot's of problems with the room, toilet, TV, telephone, bedding, and bath towels. The personnel did not speak English well, and did not understand our needs most of the time. Poor commuication. I chose this hotel because of the pictures on the web site.

Housekeeping left curtains wide open = major invasion of privacy Although Room 201 has a loose floor tile, the microwave's LCD fell off inside somehow, there was an annoying beep once per minute outside, and no bedside lamps are bad talking points of its own, this hotel failed in privacy and security. I picked up my mail from my PO box on my way here for an assignment, which had tax docs with my full SSN, newly-approved credit cards, and a $2K laptop (not saying it to flex, but my work stuff needs LOTS of processing power); I left them in the room and ensured the "do not disturb" sign was on the door before I left for work since I didn't want housekeeping. Now I'd normally be happy if they cleaned (although still a bit perplexed that they ignored my DND sign) and left the curtains shut, but they left the curtains wide open, my laptop was in plain sight on the desk, and although the other stuff I mentioned can't be seen from the window, my backpack was nearby... Even if there was nothing interesting to pilfer, it's still a major invasion of privacy! I intended to politely address it to the innkeeper, but he kept either trying to jump to conclusions presumably due to a language barrier ("so you had someone break into your room?" when I told him I was worried someone might break in) or deflecting my concerns ("I've been here over 10 years and never had someone steal anything"), which only infuriated me. Thankfully, another employee walked in and was more understanding.
