Will never stay here again! Stayed at this double tree May 4-6 and had the worst experience! Hotel staff is unhelpful, cold, and rude. Arrived in our and quickly dropped off our stuff so we could catch a meeting and dinner reservation. Got back later in the evening and had the time to inspect the room. Bathroom was filthy!! Hair everywhere… along the edges of bathroom, in the shower, etc. the whole room was dusty as well. Called and to let them know. Receptionist was was friendly… and didn’t think it was a much of an issue as she asked if I needed it cleaned tonight. I was flabbergasted!! 2 people come up, a lady and a man. They come look at bathroom and said they would be to clean. The guy comes back with cleaner and supplies. He finishes and starts telling me very angered that this is not his job. I was taken by surprise and didn’t want to continue speaking with him. He left, I inspected bathroom and there was still hair on floor and in shower. At this point, I didn’t want him back in our room. To be honest, I was afraid he would retaliate somehow. He was very upset when he left our room. And he was mad at me for having him clean. I left a review/ feedback through my Hilton honors email since I am a diamond member. Was very clear about what we experienced and never heard back. So unprofessional and disappointing. I realized I had another stay booked here for august which I just canceled because never again!!! Hilton has been pretty disappointing lately in my travels and I find I’m seeking Marriott and Hyatt hotels instead… more consistent. The restaurant was also gross! The breakfast was untidy and selection for a paid buffet was extremely lacking. It was worse than a free breakfast at other hotels. Cooked to order omelette was so bland and oily. Their cook needs proper training.

Rooms are way to hot in summer Hotel is average with below average amenities. The biggest problem is that the air conditioning is horrible for summer months. Had to get 2 box fans to circulate cool air. I would not recommend staying here in summer if you like air conditioning to sleep. Cousin they the room below 73 degrees.

Out of date room and too much technology. Not at all what I expect of a Hilton brand hotel. I wasn't privy to other guest rooms but mine had outdated furniture with stained upholstery, chipped and scuffed paint, musty-mildew smell, among other things. Very disappointed. Concierge desk helpful. Staff at check in and out helpful. No cash in restaurant seems harsh and there was no business center or convenience store on sight in the traditional sense of both those amenities. Also, no hotel shuttle (complementary or otherwise) to and from airport. Lots of transportation options at costly prices except the public transportation which is always an unknown. Our conference breakfast, lunch and dinner was catered on-site. Hot food generally was cold and limited vegetarian/vegan dishes. Even when there was something offered without meat, it was not labeled vegan or vegetarian (e.g. no animal by-products used in this dish (butter, eggs, milk, cheese, fish sauce, etc.). I had a very leafy and fruity menu for three days!

Filthy room and highly insensitive towards corporate travellers Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy - there were literal bunches of hair on the bathroom wall when I checked in, food debris on the table and the bedsheets has multiple stains on them - and they weren't changed for my entire stay of 4 nights. They also somehow decided to arrange "renovation works" in my room on the last day (don't understand why they couldn't have done it after I'd checked out) and they left a huge mess of debris over all my belongings. Then all they did was refund the last night's fees to my corporate card (which I get zero benefit from), refused to compensate anything else to me on a personal level (not even dry cleaning fees for all the dirt they left on my clothes) and were highly unapologetic that I could not benefit from that, saying that "you didn't pay for the room". Yes I don't pay for the room personally as it is a business trip but I did choose your hotel out of all the competition. What happened to personalising experiences and showing empathy? If this is the way you want to treat corporate travellers then well definitely moving back to another hotel group.
