Very nice hotel surprisingly good restaurant. We have discovered this is the best place near the airport to stay. Since we seem to pass through SLC often, we have tried other hotels but this is our favorite. Since we are retired, we have become lazy travelers. We love to leave later in the day, stay the night in SLC and complete our trip the next day. The little lounge and restaurant is quite good. Usually we find someone interesting to chat with, and if not, quite comfortable we each other’s company. Recommend if you are overnighting is SLC

HILTON SHOULD TAKE THEIR FLAG BACK My family and I have vacationed for the past three months starting in Ireland, Great Britain, France, Tennessee, Utah. This was not only the least hospitable hotel on these trips but also the least hospitable hotel I think I have ever experienced. It started at check-in One person on our team made the reservations. Once we arrived at every other hotel, the front desk staff would transfer the specific rooms to each person on our team. Not this time. Despite reiterating numerous times that only one room was prepaid, the Assistant Manager insisted all rooms were prepaid. She refused to take any credit card other than the card used to make the reservations. She made inaccurate statements about our booking. Eventually, when she was not at the front desk, we were able to change the credit card. We were sent to our rooms without keys. A Maintenance Person opened our rooms and showed us how to use coat hangers to keep them open. Eventually, we did get room keys. There is no business center. There is a printer that is Internet-connected to print. No one at the Front Desk knew how to work this. A very nice and helpful Sales Coordinator provided excellent directions and my document was printed. The morning we departed, there were no coffee cups for the complimentary coffee. A guest asked for a cup. He got a cup. No other cups were placed by the coffee pot. The guest had to lift and tilt the coffee pot to get any coffee to pour to his cup.

Top notch stay We got stuck in SLC and needed to scramble to find a hotel for the night. I quickly researched the hotels around the airport. I was a bit wary about this hotel given the smattering of bad reviews amongst the good reviews. The hotel was great. Super clean, great staff, very comfortable and reliable airport van, and very comfortable bed. One thing to know is that breakfast is not included but is $17. It was your typical free hotel breakfast food buffet foods but they didn’t have decaf coffee. Overall, we were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay Great experience. Beautiful modern hitel with amenities on site. I check in and dont have to go anywhere. They have a wonderful bar resturant area. The servers cone out to where you sat down and take care of you. The young man waiting on us was the bar tender and still came over to out table and made certain we were taken care of. Foid is served with real plates and nice silverware a nice upscale experience. The food was delicious. We ordered tomatoe bisque soup. Pot stickers and wings. All very good! Service was excellent. Next morning breakfast options also great. Love this brand of Hotel It will and continue to be our preferred place to stay.

Food was good…. Restaurant and restaurant staff were great. Room was physically clean but smell coming from the bathroom since checkin. Tried to tolerate but eventually asked someone to fix it. Repair person said they put lavender in the air vent which wasn’t accurate because there was zero lavender smell. Eventually I figured out it was sewer gas coming from the shower drain or a dirty shower drain. Hotel full so they couldn’t switch me. Said they would give me extra points which didn’t happen either. So I checked out and moved to the Hyatt place. As a diamond member I would have expected a call from a manager but I guess that is standard for Hilton now post Covid.
