NOT TOO BAD Stayed here 8.9.24 for 1 night and 6 nights parking included for 148$. The room is of decent size with 2 queen beds. The TV was of decent size maybe 50" or more. At first the room had a bit of a slight smell but it went away once you are in it lol. The AC fan was definitely loud when it kicks in :( The shower had plenty of hot water but the tile and the bathroom is outdated. It's not the Four Seasons and you get what you paid for and it's not bad. The mattress was comfortable. The furniture was still in good condition. They do have underground parking just not sure how many spaces are there. We were fortunate enough to find a space at the front. Not sure how hard it is to find parking space when checking in late. We arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday and there was about 5/30 spaces free at the front of the lobby. They do offer airport shuttle but you need to reserve it and 2+ hrs before your ✈️ flight.

Terrible stay Booked the hotel as I thought the double floor room would be fun for the kids. We get there, they sent us to the wrong room. Had to go down and get the right room. The room was dark. The a/c was on and was blowing a little bit of cool air, but not enough. The room needed to be updated as there was some spots that was showing some wear. I will try to post those. The smell in the elevator was awful. When I went to get breakfast, I was promptly told that the coffee is free, but any plate of anything would be $5. All I wanted was a waffle that I would make myself and eat, but I wasn’t going to spend $5 on it plus a tip. This was the last straw. I informed the front desk the I was checking out. They advised me of the charges for the day which I understood. I then booked at another place as I was suppose to stay for 3 nights Bottom line, the staff were fine, in fact the housekeeping was the most friendliest. But I will never stay at this hotel again. I like Radissons, I’ve stayed at many in the past. But this one was something else.

Vacation Every one was very nice and very helpful went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Will stay here again

Terrible Shuttle Service If you need shuttle service from airport DO NOT stay in this hotel. It is terrible. After arriving the airport this afternoon we were told to call the hotel for shuttle ride. I called hotel and the person who answered the phone told me that they didn't have a vehicle right now. He advised that we take uber ride instead and the hotel would reimburse me after checking in. However, after arrived the front desk agent said the hotel would never advise guests to take uber and will never reimburse the cost.

A nightmare hotel experience! I would honestly rate this experience a 0/10, if I could! It was utterly awful! The only semi-pro was the nice guy at the front desk, Paul (who unfortunately had very little jurisdiction to help me at all, but was sympathetic). I arrived late at night. Was show to my room - and it was BOILING hot, despite the a/c running for hours at “64 degrees”… yeah right!!! I was shown a total of 5+ rooms, all of which were boiling hot (it’s in the 90s & 100s here). The HVAC wasn’t working!!! Even the lobby was warm. Also, they made me wait for 2 hrs between showing me rooms and helping me move my things etc and took forever and i was falling on my face. They told me “sorry- we have no more rooms, we can relocate you to Calrion hotel (the reviews were terrible there and it was a 15-20 min drive and was already 2:30am and I was falling on my face- exhausted!) I kindly told them that was an impossibility. I settled with a room that the air worked a tiny because I was just way too exhausted. Didn’t sleep a wink. Also the bathtub was broke and wouldn’t fill up for over 30 mins. They came to check and said “sorry- don’t know what to do.” And they had NO TISSUES in the entire hotel. They ran out?!?!?! Oh- and the bathroom was DIRTY! On top of that - I was told that I would get a full refund for my 4 nights, but they lied- and o my refunded me 3/4 nights despite the horrible accommodations and me reporting everything immediately! Save your time, energy and frustration and avoid this place at all cost! You’re welcome !
