The worst place on earth The pictures are like Tinder pictures almost photoshopped to create an illusion a hoax this place is so dirty that I felt on Mumbai good work from the owners to import the experience of a third world country, not service, dirty towels, Expedia can not help you or protect you because the manager instructed the employees not to answer to them or any complains, so if you already paid the trick is on you, such bad luck. Stay Away or you will regret it, I had to escape in the middle of the night losing my money and hoping Expedia can do anything if something at all. I was not hoping for luxury just a clean place with a working TV, some cover for the bed and a usable bath, but this are not included, I mean they are not existent on this place. And for the social media or P.R. manager stop writing that you will look into it and fix it because you won't, you don't really care, you don't have the basic employees because you need to cut costs so no cleaning lady or maintenance service at night and I have an audio to prove it. And don't make me start on the smell, Mumbai indeed.

Do not stay for AF BMT Clearly a family owned business. Made reservations 2 months in advance and went for the cheapest and closest to the AFB. We were in town for AFB graduation and at the motel for almost a week. We should have paid a little more and gone to Red Roof. Never disappointed there. We modified our reservation to add an extra night but when arrived, were told they didn't have us despite showing them on the phone that I had called. Charged $50 deposit that I have yet to see a credit on to either this reservation or the second one my son made. When I asked for print outs of the detailed bill, they could not provide. Now I see why. They are scammers. Speak poor English which they may use as an excuse to not understand questions or requests like trying to get print out or refund deposits. I'm not high maintaence and fend for myself so the dated, simple rooms weren't a problem despite malfunctioning air conditioning. But to be ripped off for deposits was just awful.

WORSE STAY EVER Ive been to alot of America best Values hotels. This one is by far the Worse. The place I usually stay was booked, so I stayed here. Dont stay there. Upon arrival My Sailor was like mom are you sure you want to stay here. I said yes There good hotels. SHe said ok well if you get a bad vibe please find somewhere else. I checked in vibe seemed to be ok. It was close to Lackland base. The rooms feel like a Jail cell, So small. Seen a few bugs I killed. There was 2 towels and 1 wash rag to use for 3 people. When asked said there wasnt any extra. Bed cover had burn holes. I didnt get much sleep cause people were arguing, police Sirens were going off half the nite, I was really uncomfortable. I was up making sure the kids were ok. GOt up to have breakfast and There was coffee and danish thats it. Never again will I stay there. I will sleep in my car first. Next time if I cant get into my normal place I will stay somewhere off of I410 b4 i ever stay at this place again.

Best stay for a visit to Lackland AFB It was clean and affordable. The rooms and breakfast buffet were decent. The also put out a manager's spread in the afternoon. The staff were courteous and attentive. It is conveniently located in between the AFB and downtown San Antonio.

Great Experience Ok, I don't normally stay at BW. I have had bad experiences in the past. But I got this hotel last minute in Frisco CO and was so pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very large and clean. The bathroom had better towels than most Marriotts I have stayed in. There was a convenient ski locker. Overall, I would stay there again. It was very quiet as well, so a great place for kids and conveniently located near I70.
