Never again horrible experience Picture online are a lies …. First pulled in parking lot and it just looks like they just let anyone park there.. Rooms are horrible and run down everything was broken. Smell inside was horrible disgusting.. they were trying to upgrade the place but I don’t even think that will help. DONT STAY HERE. Unless you need a place for only an hour

They do not work with service dogs! They give you a very hard time about having a service dog. Older lady at the front desk is rude and is not helpful at all. Asked us what medical issue we had to need the dog. Would highly recommend choosing a different hotel as they do not work with service dogs!!!!

Do they realize they are in HOSPITALITY? I am pretty easy to please and honestly wasn't expecting much based on the price, but when you are in the hospitality business, even if your place isn't the best, you can make up for it in service. The front desk didn't get that memo and have ruined their chance at ever getting my money again. My opinion is that management is cheap and thinks everyone is stealing from them and I'll get to that, but first, the basics. The pics online looked decent, like they recently remodeled, but the room and hallways (even elevator) definitely did not look as clean in person. I can let the cosmetics slide...again not expecting much and we just wanted a place to rest our heads after a day at six flags, but pics definitely make it look nicer than IRL. Our bathroom sink had no drain stopper and you could see all the nastiness in the drain and get a gross smell when you turn the water on. We also noticed the shoer water does not get really hot. Also noticed the knob only turns about half the range it should. Wonder if it is governed to not allow more hot water. Then there was the bag covering the smoke detector...nice. I informed the front desk as were headed out for a bit and they had someone clean our room while gone but didn't remove the bag. On our second night, we decided to try the pool. There were no towels so I went to the front desk to ask for some. I was actually told they don't put them out there because people steal them. Seriously, they are really crappy towels. No one wants them, LOL but they did give me some, You would think I asked for way too much when I asked for 3 (one for each of us). I mean, we could just walk through the halls and lobby soaking wet if they prefer. The hot tub was so dirty that there were dirt lines gathering in the suds of it. Yes, suds, because they probably don't use a defoamer. On our final morning there, we slept in a bit and decided to go down and grab some of the free "hot and hearty" breakfast. Again, not expecting much, but there was almost nothing left and they still had an hour to serve. Not even enough for the 3 of us. The woman manning the dining area was very nice and I have a feeling she is doing as she is told and not restocking. Can't be giving away too much "free" stuff, I guess. The bigger problem we had was when my son went to look at the drink and snack store by the front desk. We had already made 2 purchases there during our stay and he was holding the bottled drink we bought him there the night before. He walked out of the store still holding the same drink and was practically chased into the dining area because the front desk guy thought he stole his drink. Confronted us in front of the whole dining area. I tried to tell him we had bought it the night before (from him, mind you) and he didn't seem to believe me. I told him, "go ahead and feel it. It's warm and has barely any left in it." He still didn't walk away until another employee told him he didn't take it. That was when I got mad. Like I said, I am easy to please and didn't expect much, but that was a whole other issue. These people have such a bad attitude and think their clientele is stealing from them. If they act like that, they will even make the easiest to please clientele mad. There were other issues during our stay, but I know some things (like loud guests on the floor above us) are not their fault, BUT I believe when you are decent to your customers that can go a long way with everything else. For the record, this is the first bad review I have ever left for a hotel and we have stayed at plenty.

Treated horribly My husband and myself booked this hotel and will never again. We were going to San Antonio to see my aunt who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We both work 2 jobs and ended up getting out late from our 2nd job so by the time we got to San Antonio is was super late. We explained to the front desk guy Nate that we had a reservation and he explained that is was too late to honor it. I explained the situation about work & why we were there asking him to just please let us have the room as it was late and we had just worked a 12 hr day and drove 5 hours. He refused to give us a room saying he couldn’t because the night audit had been done & if we wanted a room we would have to pay for another room at their rate even though I had already paid for the room for 2 days when I made the booking. We begged & pleaded to no avail! We were stuck at 4:30am with nowhere to go. Thank God we went across the street to Holiday Inn Express where a wonderful lady extended her kindness and helped us. I won’t ever do business with them.
