Best Value for your Money ! The Quality Inn at 6350 I-35 North, San Antonio Texas is one of the finest hotels in the area and the Best Quality Inn Hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in Quality Inn Hotels on and off for the past 40 years, this Quality Inn at Rittiman (next to the Cracker Barrel) is First Class all the way. The entrance-way and lobby are like brand new, The Rittiman Quality Inn offers two nice luggage carts for the guest’s convenience, a nice pool, Jacuzzi, patio with a large grill, a fantastic ice machine, free state of the art breakfast, wonderful service, a great staff – along with an incredibly clean oasis that you can sit back – see the palm trees waving at the sunset – and enjoy! The staff is diverse here and the Manager and Owner speak, read, and write many languages to include but not limited to Spanish, English, Arabic, Pashto and Dari (Persian). The rooms are newly renovated, most have brand new beds, several televisions, cable, plenty of room (because all the rooms are suites), plush carpet, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner/heater and a host of other amenities. So, if you want to enjoy your hotel stay, when you see the tall Cracker Barrel sign, slow down, and turn onto Barrel Creek Road where the only Inn with Quality in the area – is the Quality Inn Suites at Rittiman (San Antonio Texas). Very Respectfully, Dr. Christopher Weber, DBA

Limited breakfast options. Stayed for one night with family of four. The extra living space with a pull out bed helps if you’re going with teenagers . Room was clean with two TV. I think it’s a good value considering I paid with points. The only thing I’m missing is the limited breakfast options and it was cold. I will probably come back for the rooms but will skip breakfast.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in Our room was dingy and worn looking. One of our TV's did not work. Our telephone did not work. There were no wash cloths in our room. When we went down for breakfast there was no salt & pepper, no sugar, no orange juice, no butter and no bread or muffins. There were 2 English muffins, but no cream cheese. We will certainly never stay there again.

Dirty and Broken! The 1 star is for the nice front desk clerks and that the A/C worked. Everything else was a zero star. Beds were very springy - not comfortable. We never turned on the TV, so I'm not sure if that worked. There were 2 towels in the room, 1 wasn't even folded. The front desk clerk found us some more towels but couldn't find wash cloths anywhere. We never saw housekeeping ever. We had an ice bucket lid and bag but no ice bucket. Had a coffee maker but no pot. My son saw a couple of roaches in the room. No hot water which equals no shower. Tub faucet felt like it was going to come out of the wall. We had a leak in the bathroom, the front desk gave us an ice bucket to catch the water. The bucket filled up within an hour - we kept emptying it until we went to bed and then we just cleaned up all the water in the morning with the towels - we didn't need them anyway since we couldn't take a shower. Overall dirty feel to the whole hotel. Grab and go breakfast was in a brown paper sack by the front desk with a granola bar and an oatmeal filled cookie. There was a bonus in one bag we grabbed - it had a Ding Dong too. The front desk manager, Al was not the friendliest person, but he did give me a whopping $22 credit. I would recommend that you not stay here. We ended up going to the Days Inn near AT&T - it was night and day difference. No complaints at Days Inn and had a hot breakfast!

Safety issues and overcharged This hotel had smoke detectors covered with plastic bags and no phone service to the rooms. When questioned they made excuses. Additionally they charged my cc for a room I paid Priceline for and won’t return the $. Excuse after excuse. Don’t stay here if you want safety and your money.
