Dirty / Thieves Our family was affected by the Global event / flight cancellations. We stayed 2 nights. Overall the hotel is outdated, muggy carpet, dirty pool area, gym does not have full dumb bell sets/1– treadmill. Restroom walls and beds had questionable stains. Free parking / no security. Not the safest location. No evening walks suggested. Hesitantly returned our deposit at check out with an attitude. If that wasn’t bad enough: Bought my 6 year old a new pair of school shoes at a local Footlocker the day before we checked out. Once we drove off to catch our flight we realized they stayed in the box by the TV. Spoke with Kara, who was working in the front, she stated she would hold them in her office. Called back to confirm 30 mins later and she passed the phone to Maintenance (?) to tell us they were not found. Despite me providing the size/color, orange Nike box description and location of where they were left they did not budge nor did they check with housekeeping. I’ve never met an establishment with less accountability. Do not recommend.

Most terrible hotel experience ever. The place was dirty. Looked like it haven't been vacuumed in ages. Found public hair on the counter by the sink. The stairway had so many cobwebs and was filthy. The breakfast was nasty and cold. And was asked 2 days in a row by the same lady if I was staying there. She wanted to know what room I was in and what name the room was under. The rooms were so hot and seemed like they have had some type of water leaks before over the bed. I will never ever stay here again.

Great value, but skip the breakfast We were well pleased with almost everything about our stay here. The front desk staff was friendly. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The only negative was the very substandard complementary breakfast. The only options were cereal and toast with no butter provided and the juice was watered down tasting. It was very disappointing, especially considering how good the rest of our stay was. Still, despite the poor breakfast, the room rates were great for the overall quality of our stay.

Best Place to stay in San Antonio! If you see the cracker barrel sign off the freeway on I-35, the Quality Inn Suites is located - conveniently - within a few hundred feet of this hotel. The staff are all wonderful, Asif, Karim, Esther, and others. My husband and I really love this place, which is full of amenities such as a state-of-the-art breakfast, great swimming pool, a gym, grilling patio, and more. These people work very hard to make your stay just like you are living in your own home. Need something? They are right there to help you out. That is only the beginning, this hotel features hotel owners that oversee the operations and the owners speak several different languages fluently. The manager (Karim) also speaks multiple dialects which includes English, Arabic, and some French; and if you need a Spanish interpreter, there is usually one on hand. Again, the staff are great and everyone at this Quality Inn works very hard to ensure your stay will be a positive, memorable one. I can’t write enough about what a fine hotel this is, so you will just have to stay here at the Quality Inn near Rittiman Road (Live Oak), and find out yourself. Very Respectfully, Annalie Weber, BBA.

Best Hotel in San Antonio !!!!!!!!!! My experience was a wonderful stay, the room is newly remodeled, excellent carpeting, and furnishings - all the rooms here are suites. The owners (Asif and Mohammad) are often on site, the Manager, Karim, is the finest hotel manager I have ever encountered, he is very dedicated, professional, speaks several languages, and he works well with his staff. They serve up a great hot breakfast, which draws people to this hotel – as other hotels provide nothing or just a snack bar that taste like cardboard. This hotel features a nice barbecue area with a large smoking grill, a nice swimming pool, and one of the cleanest/finest lobbies you will encounter in a hotel. All the staff here are great, and many speak Spanish, English, Arabic, and some French as well. If you want to feel like you are at home, stay at the Quality Inn, I-35 North, San Antonio, Texas. Good hotels are scarce in this area, this place is a diamond in the desert. Very Respectfully, Dr. Christopher Weber.
