Fun times I’m definitely going back and spending a few more days in the hotel. I was very satisfied with the location of the hotel on the river walk, we were just minutes away from a lot of food and fun. Plus there was live music along the river walk and at the hotel at night.

Fair to poor stay The bed and pillows were great. Fast Eddy, the valet guy was awesome and best staff member there. The hotel staff never answered the room service calls I tried to make several times. The amount of road noise coming through the hotel walls was crazy and it took a while to go to sleep. The shower water slowed to a crawl whenever another hotel guest flushed a toilet making it a bit difficult to rinse the soap off. Parking with the valet was $57 a night which is quite high. Overall, for a nice hotel I didn’t find it any better than a Holiday Inn Express, which had free parking and free breakfast.

First time at Fiesta! Nice hotel very close to all downtown San Antonio offers. We didn't realize it was Fiesta-what a treat! Room was clean and spacious. Hotel bar and restaurant were both nicely decorated and fully staffed. Hotel was busy but never felt ignored.

Hotel is ok and very disappointing customer service The hotel is visually appealing, but the service experience was truly frustrating. There’s no water provided in the rooms you have to go down to the front desk every time you need it, and they only give you two bottles at a time. The ice machine was also out of order. I requested an extra bedding set. The front desk agent first claimed it had already been sent, but it never arrived. I called again and was transferred back to the front desk, where I was told that after 11 pm there’s no housekeeping and I would have to come down to pick it up myself. I went downstairs and guess what? The elevator stopped on the second floor, where housekeeping staff were standing around. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel of this category

Fiesta Weekend Stay Great Hotel to stay in downtown San Antoino, great staff, hardworking employees, and the ambience of the hotel is great. Bar was exceptional prior and after events to meet up with friends and enjoy the night. The week was very busy due to Fiesta Celebrations around town, but the hotel did a great job throughout, highly recommend the Contessa for your stay.
