Stay elsewhere Stained carpets throughout facility, blood and bodily fluid stains on walls in room and throughout facility, no WiFi, no coffee, fire door blocked and out of service, homeless people camped in parking lot, friendly staff

Worst hotel ever! Worst hotel ever!! Got a suite restroom was full of hairs table was all messed up like if they were doing bad things there! Walking down stairs to cancel the room My daughter got some a cut from some glass! (She was wearing her shoes and still got the cut!) terrible hotel! Didnt even get my refund!!!!!!!!

Basic Very basic. Pretty clean. Just a place to sleep and wash up. Not much else going for it. The pillows were terribly flat. It smelled off smoke in the lobby even though it is a smoke free zone. Location is a little creepy. But The front desk staff were chill and kind.

Is what it is…BUT Super cheap place to sleep, don’t be stupid… you might have some issues… but I will TELL YOU NOW! Isai at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get them fixed, AND he did it with a positive attitude and a smile_ If the rest of the staff is on his level, you definitely get more than you had to pay for!

Un pleasant and rude front desk clerk experience the man with the long hair who had una mirada burlona. On July 8, 2022 I arrive at the hotel to verify checkin process the front desk clerk Mario stated that he was not going to do check -in until 3pm due to not having any rooms available, he was rude. So I left and return at 3pm at this he told that he was not going to do any checkin until 4:30pm due having water issues and the rooms were not clean yet. I told that after i made reservation they come with this excuse , after my 5 hr drive they come with this story. I got mad and they reservation due to he would make my cancelation it had to be by third party. I called i however they could refund me back. I think the reservation clerk called the hotel and i was able to check in. I have to say that the room 242 had roached all over, the water in the bathtub would clod. The room had humity odor. The coffe machine in the lobby were never clean, thanks God i took my own coffee maker. The elevator door open never been clean. I think i would never make reservation even though is pet friendly the people are pig they do not pick after there dog and is anoying because i took my pet little bags and pick up after her i guest the rest do not have hand pick up after their pet. I have say i rather pay for my pet and have friendly staff that are happy and not rude. Sorry I forgot to say bye bye to our friendly roaches.
